阿尔及利亚民族解放阵线与各政治力量的关系研究

【摘要】：政党政治是现代国家政治中的主要模式。阿拉伯国家的政党政治正处于初期的构建之中,研究阿拉伯国家的政党政治对于了解政治运行规则意义重大。阿尔及利亚民族解放阵线(简称“民阵”)是阿尔及利亚最具影响力的政党。本文以民阵为主要研究对象,以民阵与其他政治力量的关系为脉络,揭示了阿尔及利亚独立以来的政治图景,主要是民阵与军方、伊斯兰力量的关系。本文分为四部分。第一部分研究了民阵与军队的关系。对各个历史时期,民阵与军队之间相互关系,以及军政体制的形成和解体进行了探索;对新世纪民阵重获执政地位后,军队在国家政治中的地位及其趋势进行了阐述。第二部分研究了民阵与国内宗教力量的关系。对民族解放战争期间及国家独立后,民阵与宗教力量的联合与合作,以及政治体制变革后,宗教势力的迅速崛起、军方与极端宗教组织的暴力冲突进行了探索;对布特弗利卡时期与宗教势力的和解政策进行了分析。第三部分研究了民阵与国内其他政治力量的联合与矛盾。重点分析了目前执政联盟的构成及其内在关系,对目前国内的反对党派以及柏柏尔族群争取民族利益而进行的抗争进行了阐述。在第四部分研究了阿尔及利亚各政治力量的博弈轨迹。重点探讨了政教、军政、中央与地方、威权政治与民主政治等影响阿尔及利亚政治力量之间的角力与合作。经过研究,本文认为阿尔及利亚现代政治制度仍在不断的构建与转型中,卡特尔式的政党垄断形式、有限的威权政治、适度的军政分离构成了阿尔及利亚目前的基本政治框架。这种政治结构是基于平衡各种政治力量、保持国家政权稳定、防止极端势力上台的需要,但随着越来越复杂的国内外形势,该国政党政治的现代化需求越来越明显。
[Abstract]:Party politics is the main mode in modern national politics.The party politics in Arab countries is in the early stage of construction, so it is important to study the party politics in Arab countries to understand the rules of political operation.The Algerian National Liberation Front (FNLA) is Algeria's most influential political party.In this paper, the relationship between FRODEP and other political forces is taken as the main research object, and the political picture since Algeria's independence is revealed, which is mainly the relationship between the FRODEP and the military and the Islamic forces.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part studies the relationship between the Civil Front and the army.This paper probes into the relationship between the civil army and the army and the formation and disintegration of the military and government system in each historical period, and expounds the position and trend of the army in the national politics after it has regained its ruling position in the new century.The second part studies the relationship between FRODEP and religious forces in China.During the war of national liberation and after the independence of the country, the association and cooperation between FRODEP and religious forces, as well as the rapid rise of religious forces after the change of political system, the violent conflict between the military and extremist religious organizations was explored.This paper analyzes the conciliatory policy between Bouteflika and religious forces.The third part studies the alliance and contradiction between FRODEP and other domestic political forces.This paper mainly analyzes the constitution of the ruling coalition and its internal relations, and expounds the opposition parties and the Berber ethnic groups fighting for the national interests.In the fourth part, we study the game trajectory of various political forces in Algeria.This paper focuses on the struggle and cooperation between the political forces of Algeria, such as politics and religion, military and political affairs, central and local governments, authoritarian politics and democratic politics.Through the research, this paper thinks that the modern political system of Algeria is still in the process of construction and transformation, cartel political party monopoly form, limited authoritarian politics, moderate separation of military and government constitute the basic political framework of Algeria at present.This political structure is based on the need to balance all kinds of political forces, maintain the stability of state power and prevent extremist forces from coming to power. However, with the increasingly complex domestic and foreign situation, the demand for modernization of political party politics in this country becomes more and more obvious.
