习近平“四个有利于”改革标准的内在逻辑

【摘要】：在统筹推进"五位一体"总体布局和协调推进"四个全面"战略布局中,习近平总书记提出了全面深化改革的"四个有利于"评价标准。其内在逻辑表现为:从改革的出发点看,"四个有利于"作为人民群众需要的观念反映,彼此之间相互区别、相互联系、相互补充;从改革的评价标准体系看,"四个有利于"是四个具有特定功能的判断标准按照一定的逻辑结构组成的有机系统;从改革评价标准所遵循的方法论看,"四个有利于"体现理论和实践、整体和重点、全面性和协调性的辩证统一关系。
[Abstract]:In the overall layout of "five in one" as a whole and the "four comprehensive" strategic layout in coordination, General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the "four favorable" evaluation criteria for comprehensively deepening the reform.Its internal logic is as follows: from the point of view of reform, "four benefits", as a reflection of the needs of the people, are different, interrelated and complementary to each other;From the point of view of the evaluation standard system of reform, "four benefits" is an organic system composed of four judgment standards with specific functions according to certain logical structure;From the perspective of the methodology followed by the evaluation criteria of reform, "four benefits" reflect the dialectical and unified relationship between theory and practice, entirety and emphasis, comprehensiveness and coordination.
