以存在看待发展

【摘要】：发展是一个不折不扣的现代性概念,现代性开启的发展观有一个重大问题,也是造成今日诸多发展问题的重要原因,即遗忘了存在,或者说这种发展观是存在无忧的发展观。立足当代现实,对发展进行彻底、根本的反思就会发现,存在是发展的真理,以存在看待发展才是我们最需要的发展理念。发展承诺自由,但首先要承诺的是存在,存在是发展的前提、基础和起点,也是发展的目的、归宿和限度,是发展的全部合法性所在。如果说发展是硬道理,存在就是发展的金规则。科学发展观和五大发展理念事实上已经蕴含了这样的思想。以存在看待发展启示我们:要明确把共在作为发展的立脚点,要突出幸福——好的存在——这个发展目的,要建构基于存在对发展的制度反思性机制,要充分发挥哲学社会科学特别是哲学看护存在的功能。
[Abstract]:Development is an unmistakable concept of modernity. The concept of development opened by modernity has a major problem, and it is also an important reason for many problems of development today, that is, forgetting the existence, or that this concept of development is a worry-free concept of development. Based on the contemporary reality, we should thoroughly reflect on the development and find that existence is the truth of development, and that it is the development concept that we need most to look at development by being. Development promises freedom, but the first thing to promise is existence. Being is the premise, foundation and starting point of development, as well as the goal, destination and limit of development, which is where the whole legitimacy of development lies. If development is the ultimate principle, existence is the golden rule of development. The scientific concept of development and the five major concepts of development actually contain such ideas. Seeing development as being enlightens us: we should clearly regard co-existence as the foothold of development, highlight the goal of happiness and good existence, and construct a system reflective mechanism based on existence to development. It is necessary to give full play to the functions of philosophy and social sciences, especially the care of philosophy.
