贵阳城市老年人精神需求问题与对策研究

【摘要】：近年来,随着城市老龄化程度的不断提高和城市改革的持续推进,城市老年人的物质生活得到了极大的改善,应对人口老龄化的工作也取得了显著的成效,但在城市老年人的精神生活和需求方面仍存在一些问题与不足,而城市老年人的精神需求方式也更加多样化。针对他们在精神需求问题上出现的新情况和新问题,面临着不少新的挑战和任务,如何才能在构建社会主义和谐社会的进程中加强和改进城市老年人的精神需求问题,已成为城市老龄工作必须研究的新课题。因此,本人将这一问题作为毕业论文进行探讨。论文立足于时代进步和推进城市老年工作的需要,以马列主义、毛泽东思想和中国特色社会主义理论为指导,对城市老年人精神需求的相关内容和理论,贵阳城市老年人精神需求的状况与问题,满足城市老年人精神需求的对策等问题进行较为全面的分析和探讨。文章主要由四个部分组成:第一部分:引言。对城市老年人精神需求问题进行探讨的目的、意义和国内外文献综述。第二部分:老年人精神需求的相关内容和理论。这部分首先介绍了精神需求的内涵,同时阐述了城市老年人精神需求的特点和内容;其次对城市老年人精神需求的相关理论,进行了论述。第三部分:贵阳城市老年人精神需求的现状调查和分析。本部分主要从贵阳城市被调查老年人的基本情况、贵阳城市老年人精神需求的现状调查与分析、贵阳城市老年人精神需求存在的问题和存在问题的原因等几个方面进行探讨。第四部分:满足贵阳城市老年人精神需求的对策与建议。这部分根据目前贵阳城市老年人精神需求存在的问题及原因,提出从政府、社区、老年人家庭和老年人自身等几个方面解决贵阳城市老年人精神需求问题的一些思路和设想。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous improvement of urban aging degree and the continuous promotion of urban reform, the material life of the urban elderly has been greatly improved, and the work to cope with the aging of the population has also achieved remarkable results. However, there are still some problems and deficiencies in the spiritual life and needs of the urban elderly, and the ways of spiritual needs of the urban elderly are more diversified. Facing many new challenges and tasks, how to strengthen and improve the spiritual needs of the urban elderly in the process of building a socialist harmonious society is facing many new challenges and tasks. It has become a new subject that must be studied in urban aging work. Therefore, I will study this issue as a graduation thesis. Based on the needs of the progress of the times and the promotion of the urban elderly work, the thesis, guided by Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong's thought and the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics, discusses the relevant contents and theories of the spiritual needs of the urban elderly. The status and problems of the spiritual needs of the elderly in Guiyang, and the countermeasures to meet the spiritual needs of the elderly in the city are analyzed and discussed comprehensively. The article is mainly composed of four parts: the first part: introduction. The purpose, significance and literature review of the spiritual needs of the elderly in urban areas are discussed. The second part: the related contents and theories of the mental needs of the elderly. This part first introduces the connotation of the spiritual needs, at the same time expounds the characteristics and content of the spiritual needs of the elderly in urban areas; secondly, discusses the related theories of the spiritual needs of the elderly in the city. The third part: the present situation investigation and analysis of the mental needs of the elderly in Guiyang city. This part mainly discusses the basic situation of the elderly investigated in Guiyang city, the present situation of the mental needs of the elderly in Guiyang city, the problems existing in the spiritual needs of the elderly in Guiyang city and the reasons for the problems. Part four: countermeasures and suggestions to meet the spiritual needs of the elderly in Guiyang city. According to the existing problems and causes of the spiritual needs of the elderly in Guiyang city at present, this part puts forward some ideas and ideas for solving the spiritual needs of the elderly in Guiyang city from the government, the community, the elderly families and the elderly themselves.
