试析蔡英文“维持现状”政策

【摘要】：当前民进党在台湾地区全面执政的优势局面已经完全确立,由于民进党至今不愿放弃分离主义的政治意识形态,无疑会对两岸关系发展产生重大的影响。蔡英文作为民进党最具实力的政治领袖,其两岸政策的走向具有重要的指标意义。本文对蔡英文当前"维持现状"政策的基本内容及其特点进行分析,深入探讨背后的根源,并在此基础上,对蔡英文两岸政策的基本目标、实施效果及其现实困境进行深入阐述。本文认为,民进党的分离主义政治意识形态是造成蔡英文两岸政策陷入结构性困境的主要根源。
[Abstract]:At present, the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) is in full power in Taiwan. Since the DPP is not willing to give up the separatist political ideology so far, it will undoubtedly have a great impact on the development of cross-strait relations. As the most powerful political leader of the DPP, Tsai Ing-wen 's cross-straits policy direction has important index significance. This paper analyzes the basic contents and characteristics of Tsai Ing-wen 's current policy of "maintaining the status quo", probes into the root causes behind it, and, on this basis, makes an analysis of the basic objectives of Tsai Ing-wen 's cross-strait policy. The implementation effect and its realistic predicament are expounded in depth. This paper holds that the separatist political ideology of the DPP is the main cause of Tsai Ing-wen 's straitened cross-strait policy.
