人类命运共同体的内涵与使命

【摘要】：天下大势,合久必分,分久必合。今天的"合",就是超越国家的狭隘、利益差异,建立以合作共赢为核心的新型国际关系。共建人类命运共同体,是五千年中华文明、崛起的中国对事关人类最基本问题的响亮回答。各国具有差异性,世界具有多样性,但共同的历史记忆、共同的处境、共同的追求,将各国紧密相连,形成共同身份与认同,塑造共同未来。命运共同体思想的深远意义是告别意识形态和价值观的对立,追求人类共同价值观。命运共同体的核心要旨就是,世界命运应该由各国共同掌握,国际规则应该由各国共同书写,全球事务应该由各国共同治理,发展成果应该由各国共同分享。"一带一路"倡议的提出,实现了国际政治从地缘政治、地缘经济到地缘文明的跨越。这是人类命运共同体的文明逻辑。
[Abstract]:The general trend of the world, a long time must be divided, separation must be United. Today's "cooperation" is a new type of international relations, which transcends the narrow and different interests of countries and takes win-win cooperation as the core. It is five thousand years of Chinese civilization and rising China to answer the most basic question of human being. Countries have differences, the world has diversity, but common historical memory, common situation, common pursuit, countries are closely linked to form a common identity and identity, shape a common future. The profound significance of Destiny Community thought is to bid farewell to the opposition of ideology and values and to pursue the common values of mankind. The core thrust of the Destiny Community is that the destiny of the world should be jointly controlled by all countries, international rules should be written by all countries, global affairs should be governed by all countries together, and the fruits of development should be shared by all countries. " Belt and Road's initiative realized the leapfrogging of international politics from geopolitics, geo-economy to geo-civilization. This is the civilized logic of the human destiny community.
