民国时期荣军工作的研究

【摘要】：荣军工作属于军队社会工作的范畴。在中国内地,虽然近现代意义上的荣军工作开展比较晚,但民国政府中与“军眷服务”有关的方面早已显现现代荣军工作的端倪。民国政府在伤兵数量不断增加的现实压力下,通过吸收和借鉴国外先进优抚思想,颁布了一系列的措施来保障伤兵的基本生存权利和发展权利。本文采用的是历史分析法和文献研究法。笔者在整理相关资料的基础上,对民国时期荣军工作的史料进行系统梳理,论证了当时荣军工作中所蕴含的社会工作核心理念和专业手法。本文共分4章。其中,文章绪论部分阐述了民国时期荣军工作的背景、目的及意义,交代了本文的研究方法,并界定了研究的相关概念。第2章主要介绍了当时国内外优抚思想的发展状况,论述了民国时期荣军工作开展的原因。第3章和第4章通过对民国时期荣军工作主要内容的梳理、概括,分析和归纳出了其中所蕴含的社会工作元素。
[Abstract]:The work of the army belongs to the category of social work in the army. In the mainland of China, although the work of the army in the modern and modern sense began relatively late, the aspects of the government of the Republic of China relating to the "service of the military dependents" have long shown the beginning of the work of the modern army. Under the realistic pressure of increasing number of wounded soldiers, the Republic of China government promulgated a series of measures to protect the basic rights of survival and development of wounded soldiers by absorbing and drawing lessons from foreign advanced ideas. This article uses the historical analysis method and the literature research method. On the basis of sorting out the relevant data, the author systematically combs the historical data of the work of the army in the Republic of China, and demonstrates the core idea and professional technique of the social work contained in the work of the army at that time. This paper is divided into four chapters. Among them, the introduction of the article expounds the background, purpose and significance of the work of the army in the Republic of China period, explains the research methods of this paper, and defines the relevant concepts of the research. The second chapter mainly introduces the development situation of the thought of superior and governor at home and abroad at that time, and discusses the reasons for the development of the work of the army in the period of the Republic of China. Chapter 3 and chapter 4 summarize the main contents of the work of the army in the period of the Republic of China, and analyze and conclude the elements of social work contained therein.
