太原市养老院现状及入住老人身心健康促进研究

【摘要】：随着社会经济的发展,我国已经进入老龄化社会,同时,在21世纪初叶,由于家庭结构的变化,养老观念的变化,特别是子女数量的减少,“421”的家庭模式越来越严重,因此,越来越多的人开始担忧自己的养老问题。养老院的发展和入住老人的身心健康也将会越来越多的被人们所重视。如何改善养老院的现状,使其得到更好的发展,同时,促进老年人身心健康发展,是本论文研究的重点。根据相关数据显示,目前太原市60岁以上的老年人大概是53万,占人口总数的14.9%,并且每年以3%的速度迅速增长。通过中国知网等相关网站搜索,尚未发现有关太原市养老院的研究。为了使太原市养老院的现状得到改善,促进养老院中入住老人的身心健康发展,有必要对其进行研究。本文通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、特尔菲法和逻辑分析法等研究方法,以体育学、养生学、社会学等作为理论指导,对太原市养老院的基本设施、医疗设施、体育设施等的基本情况;入住老年人的基本状况、体育健身、对养老院的满意度等情况进行了调查。希望通过此次研究,探寻目前太原市养老院在发展过程中所存在的问题及其影响发展的主要因素,并结合文献资料的研究及其我国的基本国情,对太原市养老院的发展提出建议,从而促进老年人的身心健康。调查结果如下:太原市城区现有48家养老院,在被调查的30家养老院中公办的18家,民办的12家。被调查的30家养老院中接收自理老人、半自理老人和全护理老人仅4家,占总数的13.3%,其余的均只接收自理老人。太原市所有养老院总床位数达到10664,被调查的30家养老院现有床位3870,入住率总体为50.5%,太原市养老院护工总数为497人,所调查的30家养老院入住老人为1957人,由此可知,护工和入住老人数量之比为1:3.9。太原市养老院在聘用护工时要求持证上岗的较少,仅占调查数量的23.3%。在被调查的30家养老院中,100%的养老院都配有室内基本设施,配置的设施以暖气和呼叫器为主;安装卫生间扶手和走廊扶手的养老院分别占调查总数的80%和53.3%,除此之外,安装其他基本安全设施的养老院均在30%以下。太原市城区养老院为老年人提供的体育活动项目单一,参与散步、慢跑和保健操活动的分别占总数的83.5%、78.8%和21.1%,参与其他体育活动的人数较少且积极性不高;仍有16.7%的养老院未设有任何娱乐活动场所,70%的养老院设有棋牌室,33.3%的养老院设有书画室,除此之外,设有其他活动场所的养老院除健身室之外均在20%以下;养老院中的医疗设施和专业的医护人员仍处于缺乏状态。在被调查的30家养老院中,43%的养老院设有普通健身器,23.3%的养老院设有太极类器械,仍有13.3%的养老院未配置任何体育设施。在被调查的入住老人中,入住老人对基本设施和日常照料的满意度分别是89%和91%,其他服务的满意度均在50%以下。建议如下：健全相关的法律法规,积极培育和支持养老机构的主力军,保障入住老人的合法权益;加强养老院中医护人员队伍的建设,定期组织入住老人进行常规性体检,同时医护人员应及时与入住老人进行沟通,随时掌握入住老人的身心健康状况;加强体育锻炼的宣传力度,培养老年人参加体育锻炼的积极性,引导老年人科学合理的体育锻炼,并建立良好的生活方式;大力开展文化娱乐活动,注重精神养生,加强对入住老人的心理呵护;养老院还应定期邀请入住老人的儿女参与亲情互动活动,同时养老院还应与其他养老院或者年轻的义工组织互动,为入住老人搭建一个交流的平台,有利于老年人的身心健康。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy, China has entered an aging society. At the same time, in the early twenty-first Century, because of the changes in the family structure, the change of the concept of the old age, especially the decrease of the number of children, the "421" family model is becoming more and more serious. Therefore, more and more people begin to worry about their own old-age problems. People's physical and mental health will also be paid more and more attention to. How to improve the status of the nursing home, to make it better developed, and to promote the physical and mental health of the elderly is the focus of this paper. According to the relevant data, about 530 thousand of the aged over 60 years in Taiyuan, accounting for 14.9% of the total population, and In order to improve the status of the elderly nursing homes in Taiyuan and promote the physical and mental health of the elderly in the nursing homes, it is necessary to study it. This paper, through the literature method, the questionnaire survey method, and the mathematics, has not found the research on the nursing home in Taiyuan. The methods of statistics, Delphi method and logical analysis are used as theoretical guidance for the basic conditions of the basic facilities, medical facilities and sports facilities of the nursing homes in Taiyuan, the basic situation of the elderly, the physical fitness and the satisfaction of the nursing homes. In order to explore the existing problems in the development process of Taiyuan endowment hospital and the main factors that affect the development of the elderly, and combining the research of the literature and the basic national conditions of our country, we put forward some suggestions on the development of the old people in Taiyuan, so as to promote the physical and mental health of the elderly in the Taiyuan city. The results are as follows: there are 48 old-age pension in the urban area of the city. The hospital, 18 of the 30 elderly nursing homes in the 30 surveyed homes and 12 private people, received self-care elderly in the 30 elderly nursing homes, 4 half self-care and full nursing elderly, accounting for 13.3% of the total, and the rest of the elderly.
