我国养老院的建设与运营——养老院院长问卷调查的初步分析

【摘要】：养老院院长是养老院的直接经营管理者、是第一责任人,他们的人品、素质、能力、责任心和经营管理水平对养老院的经营和发展起着不可替代的作用。养老院院长的问卷调查数据,一方面反映了养老院院长经营管理养老院的能力、水平,以及他们的酸甜苦辣,另一方面也反映了他们经营管理的养老院的建设、发展和运营总体状况。
[Abstract]:The president of the nursing home is the direct manager of the nursing home and the first responsible person. Their personality, quality, ability, responsibility and management level play an irreplaceable role in the management and development of the nursing home. The survey data of the nursing home presidents on the one hand reflect the ability and level of the nursing home presidents to manage the nursing homes, as well as their ups and downs, on the other hand, they also reflect the construction of the nursing homes that they operate and manage.
