【摘要】：21世纪以来台湾地区与日本的关系发生了一系列变化。陈水扁时期,在政治、安全领域互动频繁,其"法理台独"趋势更使台海危机迭起。马英九上台后采取"活路外交"并设置"台日关系特别伙伴年",台日关系发展呈上升趋势。东日本大地震后,台湾社会踊跃捐款,台日关系达到"高峰值"。日台之间存在并延续着冲之鸟礁海域捕捞权益、福岛五县食品对台出口解禁及日台EPA谈判等难以调和的结构性矛盾。蔡英文上台后,上述矛盾一度呈"激化"之势,台日关系由以往相互过高"期待"逐渐回落到维护利益的现实层面,影响这一关系走向的中美、中日、日美关系以及两岸关系诸要素亦将顺应调整,但不确定性增多。从台湾民进党当局对外政策选择大势上看,未来台日关系将更趋密切,合力抗衡中国大陆的利益趋向仍是最大变量。
[Abstract]:A series of changes have taken place in the relations between Taiwan and Japan since the 21 st century. During the Chen Shuibian period, there were frequent interactions in the political and security fields, and the trend of "legal Taiwan independence" made the Taiwan Strait crisis more frequent. After Ma Yingjiu came to power, he adopted "Live way diplomacy" and set up "Special Partnership year for Taiwan-Japan Relations", and the development of Taiwan-Japan relations was on the rise. After the East Japan earthquake, Taiwan society enthusiastically donated, and the Taiwan-Japan relations reached a high peak. Between Japan and Taiwan, the fishing rights and interests of bird reef sea area exist and continue, the export of food to Taiwan in five counties of Fukushima is lifted, and the negotiation of EPA between Japan and Taiwan is difficult to reconcile structural contradictions. After Tsai Ing-wen came to power, the above-mentioned contradictions were once "intensified", and Taiwan-Japan relations gradually fell back from the past high mutual "expectations" to the realistic level of safeguarding interests, affecting the trend of this relationship between China and the United States, China and Japan. Japan-US relations and cross-straits relations will also adapt to the adjustment, but more uncertainty. Judging from the general trend of the DPP authorities' choice of foreign policy, the relations between Taiwan and Japan will be closer in the future, and the greatest variable is to work together to counteract the interests of mainland China.
