残疾人就业压力的影响因素及其作用机制:自尊和社交行为的多重中介效应

【摘要】:本研究采用问卷法调查了410名残疾人,探讨残疾人领悟社会支持、自尊、社交行为特征与就业压力的关系。结果发现,女性残疾人的就业压力要高于男性残疾人,农村残疾人的就业压力要高于城市残疾人;领悟社会支持不仅能直接影响残疾人的就业压力,还能通过自尊与社交行为特征的多重中介效应对就业压力产生影响。因此,残疾人领悟社会支持对其就业压力的影响是一个多重中介模型。研究结论对解决残疾人就业问题具有理论和实际意义。
[Abstract]:In this study, 410 disabled persons were investigated by questionnaire to explore the relationship between perceived social support, self-esteem, social behavior and employment stress. The results show that the employment pressure of the disabled women is higher than that of the disabled men, the employment pressure of the disabled in rural areas is higher than that of the urban disabled, and the social support can not only directly affect the employment pressure of the disabled. It can also influence employment stress through multiple mediations of self-esteem and social behavior. Therefore, the impact of social support on employment pressure is a multi-mediation model for persons with disabilities. The conclusion is of theoretical and practical significance to solve the employment problem of disabled persons.
