基于行为人模型的智慧养老模式合作机制分析

【摘要】："互联网+"智慧城市的建设使多主体参与的智慧养老新模式成为可能。本文基于行为人理论,尝试构建以政府、企业、社会组织、社区居委会和老年人为主要行为主体的智慧养老集体合作行为人模型。深入剖析了智慧养老集体合作的社会环境下各主体的合作条件及主体间博弈与互惠行为。在此基础上,从优化集体合作的决策环境、改进合作互动的空间结构、加强集体合作的社会规范等方面探索智慧养老模式合作机制的优化,以期提升智能科技介入养老服务过程的成效,促进智慧养老模式的推广和发展。
[Abstract]:The construction of "Internet" intelligent city makes it possible to take part in the new mode of intelligent pension. Based on the theory of behavior, this paper attempts to construct a model of intelligent collective cooperative actor of the aged with the government, enterprises, social organizations, community neighborhood committees and the elderly as the main actors. In this paper, the cooperative conditions, game and reciprocal behaviors among the subjects in the social environment of collective cooperation for the aged are deeply analyzed. On this basis, this paper explores the optimization of the cooperative mechanism of the intelligent old-age model from the aspects of optimizing the decision-making environment of collective cooperation, improving the spatial structure of cooperative interaction, strengthening the social norms of collective cooperation, and so on. In order to improve the effectiveness of intelligent science and technology intervention in the process of pension services, promote the promotion and development of intelligent pension model.
