推动构建人类命运共同体的路径选择

【摘要】：人类命运共同体是全世界人民为生存、发展和福祉而结成的一种互利合作、休戚与共的相互关系,其科学内涵和价值追求是实现人类利益相互融合、命运相互关联,推动人类共同发展、互利共赢,坚持人类相互尊重、平等相待,促进人类文化兼容并蓄、交流互鉴,保证人类生存发展环境全面改善、越来越好。要正确理解人类命运共同体存在的形态,它将建设一个持久和平、普遍安全、共同繁荣、开放包容、清洁美丽的新"世界",造就一种新型国际关系和世界格局,而不是建立一个传统意义上的国际合作组织。要推动构建人类命运共同体,就要促进国际社会达成共识,增强各国的战略互信,进一步拓展新道路,充分发挥公认的国际关系准则和现有国际组织的作用,从建设地区命运共同体起步逐渐展开。

To correctly understand the existence of the Community of Human Destiny, it will build a new "world" of lasting peace, universal security, common prosperity, openness and tolerance, and a clean and beautiful world, creating a new type of international relations and world pattern. Instead of creating an international cooperation organization in the traditional sense. To promote the building of a community of human destiny, it is necessary to promote consensus among the international community, enhance strategic mutual trust among countries, further expand new paths, and give full play to the accepted norms of international relations and the role of existing international organizations, Starting from the construction of regional community of destiny.
