我国医养融合型机构养老服务的制约因素及推进思路

【摘要】：医养融合型机构养老服务是在养老机构设置医疗机构或在医疗机构设置养老机构的新型机构养老服务方式,它有助于拓宽养老服务的路径,为老年人提供更好的养老服务。目前,我国的医养融合型机构养老服务存在政府多头管理、服务对象界定不清、医疗服务水平有待提高、护理人员综合素质不高等问题,应采取整合多方资源、设立专门的老年工作管理机构、建立和完善相关规章制度、建立长期医护保险制度、培养老年医疗护理人才等多种措施,加快推进医养融合型机构养老服务的发展。
[Abstract]:The medical and nursing institution old-age service is a new type of old-age care service which is set up in the old-age institution or in the medical institution. It is helpful to widen the path of the old-age service and to provide better old-age service for the elderly. At present, there are many problems in the old-age service of medical and nursing institutions in our country, such as government multi-head management, unclear definition of service object, improvement of medical service level, low comprehensive quality of nursing personnel, etc., so we should integrate all kinds of resources. In order to speed up the development of old-age service in medical and nursing institutions, we should set up special management institutions for the elderly, establish and perfect relevant rules and regulations, establish long-term medical insurance system, train geriatric medical and nursing talents, and so on.
