“人类命运共同体”的实践路径和中国角色论析

【摘要】：当今世界经济增长乏力,复苏进程艰难曲折,全球地缘政治博弈更趋复杂激烈,导致"逆全球化"思维日益显现、"去全球化"声音日渐高涨,人类社会需要破解全球发展难题。对此,中国新一届领导层提出以打造"人类命运共同体"来应对全球治理顽疾。构建"人类命运共同体"既是中国优化外部发展环境的基础前提,也为世界各国指明了全球治理改革的方向。中国将以"五大发展理念"为思想指引,从构建周边命运共同体起步延展,为最终实现人类命运共同体的终极目标贡献中国智慧、中国力量。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the world economic growth is weak, the recovery process is difficult and tortuous, the global geopolitical game is becoming more complicated and intense, which leads to the "anti-globalization" thinking emerging day by day, the voice of "deglobalization" rising day by day, and the human society needs to solve the global development problem. In response, China's new leadership proposed to build a "community of human destiny" to deal with global governance ills. The construction of "Human fate Community" is not only the basic premise for China to optimize the external development environment, but also points out the direction of global governance reform for all countries in the world. Guided by the "five Great Development ideas", China will start and extend from the construction of the neighboring community of destiny, and contribute Chinese wisdom and strength to the ultimate goal of realizing the ultimate goal of the human destiny community.
