【摘要】：英国脱欧,暴露了欧盟一直试图掩盖的问题与挑战。今天的欧盟,正站在一个十字路口上,所面临的挑战要比它成立之初更加艰巨。欧盟不再需要承受继续扩大的任务,欧盟需要回缩,需要重新制定考核成员国的标准,在自愿共识的基础上建立更紧密的合作关系。
[Abstract]:Brexit exposed the problems and challenges the EU has been trying to hide. Today's EU, at a crossroads, faces more challenges than it did when it was founded. The EU no longer has to take on the task of expanding, it needs to scale back, it needs to redefine the criteria for assessing member states, and it needs to build closer partnerships based on a voluntary consensus.
