习近平完善和发展中国特色社会主义制度的理论创新维度

【摘要】："完善和发展"是改革开放以来中国特色社会主义制度建设的基本逻辑理路。党的十八届三中全会将完善和发展中国特色社会主义制度,推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化作为全面深化改革总目标,标志着我国进入以制度建设为核心的全面深化改革新阶段。习近平同志围绕完善和发展中国特色社会主义制度这个"带有根本性、全局性、稳定性和长期性"的时代课题,从"为什么要完善和发展、从哪些方面完善和发展、怎样完善和发展"三个维度为新时期中国特色社会主义制度建设提供了新的价值论、认识论和方法论引领,其理论创新成果进一步丰富发展了中国特色社会主义理论体系。
[Abstract]:Perfection and development "is the basic logic of socialist system construction with Chinese characteristics since reform and opening up." At the third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, the overall goal of comprehensively deepening the reform is to improve and develop the socialist system with Chinese characteristics, and to promote the modernization of the national governance system and governance capability. Symbolize our country enters the new stage of comprehensive deepening reform with system construction as the core. Comrade Xi Jinping revolved around the task of perfecting and developing the socialist system with Chinese characteristics, which is "fundamental, overall, stable and long-term", from the point of view of "Why should we improve and develop, and from what aspects should we perfect and develop?" How to perfect and develop the "three dimensions" provides a new theory of value, epistemology and methodology for the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new period, and its theoretical innovation results further enrich and develop the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
