当前我国公民参与的思想教育研究

【摘要】:改革开放带来的巨大经济增速使我国在短短30年里成为世界第二大经济体,但我国的政治体制改革仍旧落后,公民参与质量较低。但民主政治建设是实现现代化建设的重要路径,也是践行社会主义核心价值观的重要手段,更是构建和谐社会的重要一环。因此,借助公民参与教育改进公民参与质量都具有十分重要的现实意义。论文借助马克思利益理论、公民教育理论、可行能力理论及社会契约论和社会正义论对公民参与存在的问题及原因、公民参与教育的内容进行了分析和探讨。结合问卷调查的结果及我国当前的一些现实情况来看,公民参与的表现反映了参与中公民公共意识不足、参与目的自私及社会团体组织失灵的问题。究其原因,在于传统观念的残余、公民意识和公民精神的缺乏,这些都与公民参与教育不足相关,而社会团体组织的失灵则很好地解释了公民参与机会的缺乏问题。为了解决公民参与中存在的问题,论文认为可以把公民意识教育、公民精神教育及提高公民参与能力作为公民参与的思想教育的三个主要内容,对公民灌输并使其逐步内化这些知识,达到帮助公民提高思想境界和参与质量的目的。第四章主要讨论了公民参与的思想教育方法及途径,即借助现行的思想品德教育课的形式,通过运用回应机制、启发机制、引导机制传授相关知识,使学生习得理论基础;通过社会主义核心价值观的价值导向、社会主义共同理想的理想导向、社会正义精神和社会契约精神的精神导向培育公民正确的世界观、人生观和价值观;通过构建成熟的公民心理结构来适应我国社会的发展,从而提高公民参与的层次与能力。而且,公民参与教育研究是一项庞大的工程,离不开教育经费、教育资源、专业师资等保障条件。同时,政府和社会也应辅助公民参与教育,为公民参与教育提供良好的外部环境及条件。
[Abstract]:The huge economic growth rate brought by the reform and opening up has made our country the second largest economy in the world in just 30 years, but the political system reform of our country is still lagging behind, and the quality of citizen participation is low. However, the construction of democratic politics is an important way to realize modernization, an important means to practice socialist core values, and an important part of building a harmonious society. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to improve the quality of citizen participation by means of citizen participation education. With the help of Marx's theory of interest, the theory of civic education, the theory of feasible ability, the theory of social contract and the theory of social justice, this paper analyzes and discusses the problems and causes of citizen participation and the content of citizen participation education. Based on the results of the questionnaire survey and the current situation in our country, the performance of citizen participation reflects the problems of the lack of public consciousness, the selfish purpose of participation and the failure of social organization. The reason lies in the remnants of traditional ideas, the lack of civic consciousness and civic spirit, which are all related to the lack of civic participation in education, and the failure of social organizations can explain the lack of opportunities for citizen participation. In order to solve the problems existing in citizen participation, the thesis holds that civic consciousness education, civic spiritual education and improving citizen participation ability can be regarded as the three main contents of civic participation ideological education. Inculcate and gradually internalize these knowledge to help citizens improve their ideological state and participation quality. The fourth chapter mainly discusses the methods and approaches of civic participation in ideological education, that is, with the help of the current form of ideological and moral education, through the use of response mechanism, inspiration mechanism, guiding mechanism to impart relevant knowledge, so that students can acquire the theoretical basis; Through the value orientation of the socialist core values, the ideal orientation of the socialist common ideal, the spirit of social justice and the spirit of social contract, the right world outlook, outlook on life and values of citizens are cultivated. Through the construction of mature civic psychological structure to adapt to the development of our society, so as to improve the level and ability of citizen participation. Moreover, citizen participation in educational research is a huge project, inseparable from educational funds, educational resources, professional teachers and other security conditions. At the same time, the government and society should also assist citizens to participate in education, and provide good external environment and conditions for citizen participation in education.
