成都市锦江区水井坊社区教育服务“3235模式”案例研究

【摘要】:随着时代的发展,社会对公民受教育水平的要求越来越高,社区教育作为居民参与学习教育的重要阵地其意义也日益凸显。良好的社区教育不仅能够充实社区居民文化素质、提升社区凝聚力,更能为地方发展提供极大的帮助。社会环境的变化以及终身学习理念的深入人心不断要求社区教育的发展能够跟上时代的步伐,适应环境的变革。在政府的大力支持和社区的努力下,社区教育在过去的三十余年里突飞猛进,取得了令人瞩目的成绩。然而,各地在社区教育的快速发展过程中也逐渐累积了许多困惑,有的甚至遇上了瓶颈且无法实现有效突破,这不仅阻碍了学习型社会的建设进程,更严重制约着当地社会的发展,对社区教育的相关研究迫在眉睫。成都市锦江区水井坊社区从2008年起开始对社区教育中存在的各种问题进行探究和改革,最终形成了独具社区特色的水井坊社区教育服务“3235模式”,从多个角度对社区教育存在的困惑进行了创新改进,成功突破了社区教育发展的瓶颈,取得了有效的成绩。本文将成都市锦江区水井坊社区教育服务“3235模式”作为案例开展研究,从社区教育服务管理体制改革、社区教育资源整合、提升群众及社会组织参与度三方面进行分析和研究,归纳成都市锦江区水井坊社区在社区教育模式改革方面取得的成功经验,并通过总结将其成功经验推广到全国其他地方以为解决社区教育类似困惑提供借鉴。本文使用案例分析法对成都市锦江区水井坊社区教育服务“3235模式”在实践中如何解决社区教育面临的困惑进行了探索研究。首先提出问题,提出我国社区教育的现状,研究内容、意义及成都市锦江区水井坊社区教育服务“3235模式”的典型性;其次分析问题,对水井坊社区教育服务“3235模式”如何从三个关键层面出发解决社区教育面临的困惑进行分析;最后总结问题,对井坊社区教育服务“3235模式”的成功经验进行梳理,总结该模式对我国社区教育发展带来的启示,并对社区教育模式未来的发展进行了展望。
[Abstract]:With the development of the times, the society demands higher and higher level of education for citizens. As an important position for residents to participate in learning education, the significance of community education is becoming increasingly prominent. Good community education can not only enrich the cultural quality of community residents, promote community cohesion, but also provide great help for local development. The changes of social environment and the concept of lifelong learning continue to require the development of community education to keep up with the pace of the times and adapt to the changes in the environment. With the support of the government and the efforts of the community, community education has made remarkable progress in the past 30 years. However, in the rapid development of community education, many puzzles have been accumulated gradually, some even encountered bottlenecks and could not achieve an effective breakthrough, which not only hindered the construction process of a learning society. More serious constraints on the development of local society, community education research is imminent. The community of Shuijingfang in Jinjiang District of Chengdu has been exploring and reforming the problems existing in community education since 2008, and finally formed the "3235 mode" of community education service with unique community characteristics. The confusion of community education has been innovated and improved from many angles, which has successfully broken through the bottleneck of the development of community education and made effective achievements. In this paper, "Model 3235" of Shuijingfang Community Education Service in Jinjiang District of Chengdu City is taken as a case study to study the reform of community education service management system and the integration of community education resources. Through the analysis and research on enhancing the participation of the masses and social organizations, the successful experience of community education model reform in Shuijingfang community of Jinjiang District, Chengdu is summarized. And through summing up its successful experience to other parts of the country to solve the similar confusion of community education to provide reference. In this paper, the author uses the case analysis method to explore how to solve the puzzlement of community education in the practice of "Model 3235" of Shuijingfang Community Education Service in Jinjiang District, Chengdu. First of all, put forward the questions, put forward the status quo of community education in China, research content, significance and the typical model of "3235 mode" of community education service of Shuijingfang in Jinjiang District of Chengdu. Secondly, analyze the problem, how to solve the confusion of community education from three key levels, how to solve the "3235 mode" of community education service in Shuijingfang; Finally, this paper summarizes the problems, combs the successful experience of Jingfang community education service "Model 3235", summarizes the enlightenment brought by this model to the development of community education in our country, and looks forward to the future development of the mode of community education.
