老年慢性病智慧居家养老服务定位研究

【摘要】：随着中国"互联网+"发展模式的提出,一种全新的中国老年人慢性病群体服务模式:老年慢性病智慧居家养老服务模式逐渐被提上日程。对于这种模式人们普遍给予厚望。但任何一种模式首先都需要一个战略定位,然后我们才能按照其定位实现其发展目标。研究从5W模式的视角探索中国老年慢性病智慧居家服务的定位:中国老年慢性病智慧居家养老服务是一种全新的养老模式,它要根据中国老年人的社群特点、文化特征,从身体、心理、生活、社会四个层面满足老年慢性病服务的需要,它虽然不能完全替代传统的人际照护,但能重构老年人的照护方式,能整合碎片化的服务供给,提升社区服务能力,提升社区服务的便捷性、针对性、有效性等。老年慢性病智慧居家服务体系的构建不仅是一项投资巨大的项目建设工程,也是一项复杂的社会系统工程,需要明确各方功能,共同努力。
[Abstract]:With the development of "Internet" in China, a new service model for chronic diseases of the elderly in China, the elderly chronic disease wisdom home old-age service model has gradually been put on the agenda. High hopes are generally given to this model. But any model needs a strategic orientation first, and then we can achieve its development goals according to its orientation. The study explores the orientation of Chinese elderly chronic disease wisdom home service from the perspective of 5W model: Chinese elderly chronic disease wisdom home pension service is a new old-age care model, it should be based on the characteristics of the Chinese elderly community, cultural characteristics, It can not completely replace the traditional interpersonal care, but it can reconstruct the care style of the elderly, and can integrate the fragmented service supply to meet the needs of the elderly chronic disease service from the four aspects of body, psychology, life and society. Improve community service ability, improve community service convenience, pertinence, effectiveness and so on. The construction of intelligent home service system for senile chronic diseases is not only a project with huge investment, but also a complex social system project.
