完善与当前经济发展相适应的社会保障体系

【摘要】：自2012年以来,我国经济逐渐步入新常态时期,经济新常态下的政府财政压力加剧,社会保障体系再分配功能的重要性更加凸显,社会保障体系促进消费的效应亟待发挥,所以完善社会保障体系以适应新常态下我国的经济发展显得尤为迫切。然而我国目前的社会保障体系存在诸多不足,难以满足经济新常态下我国经济发展的需要,无法为我国经济的可持续发展和缩小贫富差距贡献力量。本文对我国现行社会保障体系存在的不足进行了分析,并提出相应的对策,以促进我国社会保障体系的不断完善。
[Abstract]:Since 2012, China's economy is entering a new normal period, the financial pressure of the government under the new economic norm intensifies, the importance of the social security system the redistribution function is more prominent, the social security system to promote the consumption effect to play, so to improve the social security system to adapt to the economic development of our country under the new normal but is particularly urgent. Many problems in China's current social security system, it is difficult to meet the needs of China's economic development under the new economic norm, not for the sustainable development of China's economy and contribute to narrowing the gap between rich and poor strength. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the current social security system of our country, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures, in order to promote our country continuously the improvement of the social security system.
