【摘要】：社会保障事业已经深入到社会生活的各个方面,社会保险是社会保障体系的重要组成,建立覆盖全民的社会医疗保险保障体系,有针对性地做好社保档案的管理工作,是适应社会发展的新需要,对起健全性能起到促进作用。
