社会工作视角下残疾毕业生社会融入问题研究

【摘要】:每年一批批的残疾毕业生离开校园走上社会,他们怀揣着梦想,期待获得幸福的生活和理想的工作,然而他们的社会融入问题情况却不容乐观。残疾毕业生的个人经历不同、残疾类别残疾程度迥异、家庭环境差异以及从事职业的差别造成这一群体在竞争激烈的当今社会无法正常融入。社会工作凭借着丰富的实务经验,独特的专业视角,适用的工作场域,对帮助残疾毕业生顺利社会融入有着先天优势。残疾毕业生的社会融入现状如何?在社会适应和社会融入方面,他们有什么困难,需要获得哪些帮助?社会工作的介入优势和路径是什么?为了帮助这一群体更好的实现社会融入,笔者通过自行调查走访多个社区、盲人按摩店、餐厅、服装厂等场所,对其中的38名残疾毕业生的社会融入状况进行研究。本次研究通过访谈及观察的方法分析残疾毕业生的社会融入现状,界定其遇到的困境,运用社会工作视角分析其社会融入困难的原因,并以社会工作专业理论与方法为基点,探索出介入路径和对策。本文分为五个部分:第一部分为绪论,主要阐述了论文主题、研究背景、研究意义以及所用到的社会研究方法,梳理总结国内外学者对残疾毕业生的先行研究,进行了文献综述和相关重要概念界定,为下文奠定了宏观框架。第二部分通过对访谈调查结果的分析,真实的了解到残疾毕业生社会融入现状,发现这一群体面临着身份认同危机、易出现心理困扰、就业保障水平低、社会参与度不高、残障配套设施不完善、缺失社会支持等困境。第三部分引入社会工作视角对残疾毕业生的社会融入困境产生原因从多个部分进行分析,总结出社会歧视导致被边缘化、残障配套设施建设不全面、缺乏正常的社区互动、社会政策制定与实施不合理是社会层面因素,生理因素和心理因素的影响是个人层面因素,过度依赖家庭、家庭地位低下、对家庭有内疚感是家庭层面因素。第四部分将社会生态理论、社会支持理论、理性情绪疗法结合社会工作方法探讨了社会工作介入路径为宏观社会工作介入、残疾人社会工作专业方法的介入、学校社会工作介入以及."理性情绪疗法"介入,并探索出利用社会组织力量、健全社会保障制度、完善社会政策、提升个人能力、建立社区关爱机制、设置福利岗位与提供就业支持、提供专业心理支持服务、充分运用媒体宣传的残疾毕业生社会融入对策。最后一部分为结论,总结了本研究的调查成果与研究结果的应用性,反思了研究的不足之处,虽然本研究涉及范围较小,但具有一定的前瞻性与可操作性,可以为残疾人事业的发展出谋划策。
[Abstract]:Every year, a large number of disabled graduates leave the campus to go to society, they have a dream, looking forward to a happy life and ideal job. However, their social inclusion is not optimistic. Graduates with disabilities have different personal experiences and different degree of disability. The difference of family environment and occupation makes this group unable to fit in properly in today's competitive society. Social work depends on rich practical experience, unique professional perspective, applicable field of work. There is an inherent advantage in helping graduates with disabilities to integrate into society. What is the status of social integration of graduates with disabilities? What difficulties do they have in terms of social adaptation and social integration and what assistance do they need? What are the advantages and paths of social work? In order to help this group to better achieve social integration, the author visits many communities, blind massage shops, restaurants, clothing factories and other places through self-investigation. This study analyzed the status of social inclusion of the graduates with disabilities by means of interviews and observations, and defined the difficulties encountered by them. Using the perspective of social work to analyze the reasons for its difficulties in social integration, and based on the professional theory and methods of social work, to explore the approach and countermeasures. This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction. Mainly elaborated the thesis theme, the research background, the research significance and uses the social research method, combs and summarizes the domestic and foreign scholars to the disabled graduate's advance research, has carried on the literature summary and the related important concept definition. The second part through the analysis of the results of the interview, the real understanding of the status quo of social inclusion of disabled graduates, found that this group is facing a crisis of identity, prone to psychological distress. The level of employment security is low, the degree of social participation is not high, and the supporting facilities for the disabled are not perfect. Lack of social support and other dilemmas. The third part introduces the perspective of social work to analyze the causes of social inclusion difficulties of disabled graduates from a number of parts, summed up that social discrimination leads to marginalization. Disability facilities construction is not comprehensive, lack of normal community interaction, social policy formulation and implementation of unreasonable is the social level factors, physiological factors and psychological factors are personal factors, over-dependent on families. The family status is low, the guilt about the family is the family level factor. 4th part will be the social ecology theory, the social support theory. Rational emotional therapy combined with social work approach explored the path of social work intervention for the macro social work intervention, the disabled social work professional approach to the intervention. School social work intervention and. "rational emotional therapy" intervention, and explore the use of social organization to improve the social security system, improve social policies, enhance personal capabilities, establish community care mechanism. Set up welfare posts and provide employment support, provide professional psychological support services, make full use of the media to promote the social inclusion of disabled graduates. The last part is the conclusion. Summarized the research results and the application of the results of the study, reflect on the shortcomings of the study, although the scope of this study is small, but has a certain degree of foresight and maneuverability. It can help the disabled to develop their career.
