基于J2EE的社保财务管理系统的研究

【摘要】：本文首先对选题的背景及意义和研究现状进行阐述,然后对系统的总体设计和相关技术进行了介绍,最后对系统的设计、开发及实现进行了详细的表述。基于社保基金财务管理的特点,运用互联网应用的形式,并在系统中引入基于SOA架构系统的理论思想,与之相结合,进而让系统能够具备更好的扩展性和可复用性,使得财务管理工作的效率能够得到增强,让财务管理变得越来越科学有序、智能快捷从根本上对于传统的财务管理中出现的信息失真、管理失控的一系列难题进行解决。迄今为止,很多国内公司的行政及人事工作正在逐步的取消掉传统的手工操作方式,正式对计算机和互联网应用的结合,摒弃手工操作方式并不只是对劳动强度的降低,人力成本的缩减、相关费用的节省这些方面,更是能够将因为人为操作导致的疏忽而引起的纰漏减少,从而让有关工作能够越加的简单明了、方便、精确和有效率。本文将会对财务的审批和数据异常诊断来重点分析,同时调研和分析现在国内外的相关财务系统研究和发展近况,与此同时和业界内现今比较成熟的处理方案相结合,分析相关财务系统的需求,进而设计和建立系统的架构,以Agent基础设计并实现数据集成管理模型,最后对整个系统的主要功能进行分析和设计,系统的主要功能包括辅助决策管理、系统维护、凭证管理、支付管理、财务管理、报表管理等模块。通过对用户的分析和对系统的调研,和一些对功能模块的设计和实现工作进行对系统的开发,现在全部模块也都已经结束并完成,其中包括对功能设计模块和对需求的调研工作,同时对于相关的功能模块开发工作也都己经完毕。经过分析系统的设计和实现的部分,证明基于J2EE的财务管理系统是有着一定的实际应用价值的,可以对企业的信息化建设进行更好的服务。
