新形势下医院人事档案管理信息化建设探究

【摘要】：作为各企事业单位人事管理的基础性内容,人事档案涵盖管理对象个人身份、学历以及工作经历等相关内容,是个人成长与发展的重要记录,在职称评定、社会保障等方面发挥着重要的作用。在当前信息化技术不断发展的时代背景下,人事档案管理工作信息化建设成为了大势所趋,通过计算机和互联网的应用,能够摆脱以往纸质档案管理工作存储、调用、文件送达等方面效率不高的限制,适应当前时代发展的现实需求,促进相关行业人事档案管理信息化技术应用与改革实效性的不断提升。本文探讨了新形势下医院人事档案管理信息化建设的相关内容,旨在提供一定的参考与借鉴。
[Abstract]:As the basic content of personnel management in various enterprises and institutions, personnel files cover the personal identity, educational background and work experience of the object under management, and are important records of personal growth and development. Social security and other aspects play an important role. Under the background of the continuous development of information technology, the information construction of personnel archives management has become the trend of the times, through the application of computers and the Internet, To be able to get rid of the limitations of inefficient storage, call and file delivery in the management of paper archives in the past, so as to meet the practical needs of the development of the present era, This paper discusses the relevant contents of hospital personnel archives management informatization construction under the new situation in order to provide certain reference and reference.
