中国特色社会主义的社会建设理论与实践研究

【摘要】：国内对于社会建设的系统研究开始于改革开放之后,围绕社会主义市场经济建设,致力于解决社会问题,在促进社会发展方向的研究积累了很多重要的理论成果。进入新世纪之后,围绕建设中国特色社会主义和谐社会的新任务,学术界从不同的学科、层次及角度就我国社会建设的基本内涵、理论渊源、历史地位、原则方针等焦点问题进行了广泛深入的探索。党的十八大以来,我国社会事业建设总体布局由“四位一体”上升到“五位一体”,突出了生态文明建设在社会建设中的重要地位,更加注重人与自然的和谐可持续发展。基于“五位一体”成为我国社会事业建设的总体布局时间还比较短,还没有形成一个完善的理论体系,加之当前我国社会建设还存在不少薄弱之处,本文试图运用系统动态变化分析法,深入分析中国特色社会主义背景下的社会建设理论与实践问题,构建适应新形势发展需要的社会建设理论体系。论文以中国特色社会主义的社会建设理论与实践研究为选题,以当前中国社会改革与建设为背景,深入阐述了社会建设的内涵,论证了社会建设的重要性与长期性。在全面总结我国社会建设的历程与特点的基础上,通过对我国社会建设的现状进行分析,找到存在的问题及其原因,提出了加强社会建设应坚持的原则、要求与目标任务,在进一步深入分析社会建设系统要素的基础上,提出了社会建设的条件支撑及制度保障,从而系统构建了从宏观到微观的中国特色社会主义的社会建设理论体系。论文在研究方法上注重理论联系实际,涉及的主要研究方法包括文献分析法、理论与实践相结合的方法、实证分析法、系统动态变化分析法等。在研究过程中突出理论与实践相结合,既注重理论又强调实证,应用理论指导实践,总结实践丰富理论,使研究成果既具有理论依据,又具有可操作性、针对性。本文共分引言、正文七章、结语三个部分。引言主要介绍了论文研究的背景及意义,文献与研究综述、研究思路与方法以及论文创新点与预期研究成果。第一章深入阐述了中国特色社会主义的社会建设内涵与相关概念。主要包括社会建设的内涵、及其与“五位一体”、社会现代化、社会管理等基本概念的关系,论证了加强社会建设的重要性和长期性。本文认为,社会建设内涵可以从以下三个方面加以理解：第一,实体建设维度,主要内容有社会组织建设、社会事业建设等；第二,制度建设维度,主要包括社会建设体制建设、社会运行机制建设、社会利益调整机制建设等；第三,结构调整维度,主要内容是社会建设的创新、社会结构的优化与调整等。第二章全面梳理了我国社会建设的理论与实践。主要内容包括社会建设理论的形成背景及其发展演变历程,社会建设的主要内容以及社会建设的历程与特征等。本文认为,社会建设的主要内容应阐释为本文认为,社会建设的主要内容应阐释为加快社会事业改革、建立健全社会保障制度、积极培育社会组织、不断创新社会管理体制机制五个方面。第三章深入分析了我国社会建设的现状。主要内容包括我国社会建设的辉煌成就,当前存在问题及原因分析,以及我国社会建设的总体特征及其发展趋势。本文认为,在社会建设的进程中,我国在各领域都取得了显著的成就。随着经济社会的转型发展,社会建设又面临很多问题和矛盾亟待解决,尤其是与民生事业密切关联的收入分配、医疗、就业、社会保障等问题。究其原因,主要是社会结构不合理、社会体制不健全、社会事业投入不足等方面。第四章提出了中国特色社会主义的社会建设原则、要求、目标任务,从整体上勾勒了我国社会建设的宏伟蓝图。本文认为,加强社会建设应坚持以人为本、公平正义、有序推进的原则,以深入落实科学发展观为行动指南,以推进民生持续改善为重点,实现构建合理公平的社会利益格局、增进全体人民的共同福祉、不断优化社会结构的总体目标。第五章深入研究了中国特色社会主义的社会建设系统要素。主要包括社会建设观念的转变、社会建设的主体、强化社会建设重要力量、抓住社会建设重点以及夯实社会建设的基础路径等方面的内容。分析社会建设的要素过程中,本文创新性的构建了社会建设的四元主体模型,并以此为基础分析了我国社会建设主体的阶段性演变过程,指出了主导驱动力在变化的同时四面体的结构也在变化,且趋向于更加稳定的正四面体结构。第六章提出中国特色社会主义的社会建设条件支撑。本文认为,社会建设的条件支撑重点是健全社会建设法治与科学施政。第七章提出了中国特色社会主义的社会建设制度保障。从加强社会建设的组织领导、注重政府责任主体建设以及完善社会建设制度基础等三方面加以阐述。文章最后结语部分主要总结了本文的主题思想,即如何在改善民生和加强社会治理中推进社会建设。
