中国特色学习型社会构建研究

【摘要】：自上世纪60年代起,有关学习型社会的理论探讨和实践,一直就在各种试错性中推进。规划和构建学习型社会,无论对发达国家还是发展中国家而言,都是一个历史性机遇。随着理论研究的不断深入,学习型社会理论不再停留在构建学习型社会的必要性和可能性的论证上,更重要的在于实践,实际地研究构建学习型社会中所存在的一系列落地难题,并针对这些难题给出合情合理的解决方案。本文即是在马克思主义理论视域下,立足马克思主义中国化的历史进程,对构建中国特色学习型社会及其策略进行探究。本文共分为四个部分:第一部分为绪论,主要对研究背景、研究意义、国内外研究综述、研究思路与基本研究方法进行简述;第二部分论述了中国特色学习型社会构建的理论依据;第三部分论述了国内外构建学习型社会的具体实践,分析对比了各国在学习型社会构建过程中的特点和取得成果;第四部分是本文论述重点,主要从个人学习、终身教育体系设计、构建学习型组织与构建学习型社会保障机制等四个方面来论述构建中国特色学习型社会的策略。学习型社会理论的研究与国家、民族、个人的前途和命运息息相关。因此,在知识经济时代,须充分肯定构建学习型社会的重要意义,不断推进对中国学习型社会构建基础与构建策略的学术研究,以此指导中国特色学习型社会的形成与发展,推动社会进步与实现每个人个性充分、全面、自由的发展。
[Abstract]:Since -40s, the theory and practice of the learning society have been pushed forward among all kinds of trial and error. The planning and construction of the learning society, whether for developed or developing countries, With the deepening of theoretical research, the theory of learning society no longer stays in the argumentation of the necessity and possibility of building a learning society, but more importantly lies in practice. This paper studies a series of landing problems in constructing a learning society, and gives a reasonable solution to these problems. This paper is based on the historical process of Sinicization of Marxism from the perspective of Marxist theory. This article is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction, mainly to the research background, the research significance, the domestic and foreign research summary, the research thought and the basic research method carries on the brief introduction; The second part discusses the theoretical basis of the construction of the learning society with Chinese characteristics, the third part discusses the concrete practice of constructing the learning society at home and abroad, and analyzes and compares the characteristics and achievements of various countries in the process of constructing the learning society. Part 4th is the focus of this paper, mainly from the individual learning, lifelong education system design, This paper discusses the strategies of constructing learning society with Chinese characteristics from four aspects: constructing learning organization and constructing learning social security mechanism. The study of learning society theory is closely related to the future and destiny of country, nation and individual. In the era of knowledge economy, the importance of constructing a learning society should be fully affirmed, and the academic research on the foundation and strategy of the construction of a learning society in China should be continuously promoted in order to guide the formation and development of a learning society with Chinese characteristics. Promote social progress and achieve the full, comprehensive and free development of everyone's personality.
