黄河三角洲地区可持续性评估与空间类型研究

【摘要】：进入20世纪中期以来,工业化、城镇化的不断推进使得区域开发强度持续增大,生态环境问题日益突出,全球性人口、资源、环境和能源危机开始暴露,生态环境安全研究的紧迫性和必要性越来越明显。通过对人类活动的各个要素和生态环境各个要素间的相互作用和综合集成效应进行研究,解析不同阶段“人”和“地”之间相互作用强度及两者失衡的矛盾表征,探讨典型人地系统演化的可持续发展过程与空间类型的一般规律,对区域人地关系演变轨迹及状态进行可持续性评估,有助于认清发展现状及发展趋势,为实施可持续发展战略提供理论基础和路径选择。本文选取黄河三角洲地区为研究区域解剖典型人地系统类型,围绕每个阶段的开发,以可持续性评估作为主线,对每个阶段的综合特点分析和空间差异进行探究,找出主要矛盾及带来的不可持续影响,综合分析该区域人地系统的特点以及空间上的差异,以综合视角展开区域可持续性分析。本文共分为六个部分:第一章绪论部分主要介绍研究背景与意义、相关研究进展、研究内容、方法与技术路线和论文创新点;第二章理论基础与相关概念辨析部分介绍了论文写作所需的理论基础及所涉及的关键概念的内涵界定;第三章黄河三角洲地区可持续性整体分析部分首先进行黄河三角洲地区区域范围界定,然后分析该区域可持续发展整体特征,得出综合特点并分析存在的约束发展的条件,找出突出问题和带来的不可持续影响;第四章黄河三角洲地区可持续性评估与空间类型分析部分以可持续性评估为主线,通过可持续性评估方法和途径进行可持续性定量和定性评估,完成黄河三角洲地区演化的地理过程研究,具体研究黄河三角洲地区每个阶段空间差异,然后结合自然环境、经济、社会方面进行详细分析影响因素;第五章黄河三角洲地区可持续性转型对策部分通过人地系统可持续发展约束条件的分析与判断以及基于未来发展目标的预测,提出实现黄河三角洲地区人地可持续发展的对策建议;第六章主要结论与未来展望部分主要从时序层面、区域层面等分析论文主要结论并对未来进一步研究做出展望。本文第三章与第四章是主体部分,通过上述六章的研究,得出以下结论:(1)从黄河三角洲地区发展现状看,经济规模持续增长,经济效益不断提高,产业结构趋向合理,各项经济指标向好的方向发展,但仍存在结构层次较低、区域间经济发展不平衡、产业布局制约区域经济一体化等问题;社会子系统方面城镇化进程不断加快、人民生活水平不断提高、社会保障覆盖面日趋增大,但存在人口结构矛盾突出、城乡差距不断扩大等问题;自然资源丰富、生态环境系统保护进程加快,但资源开发利用问题、生态环境问题仍未得到根本解决。(2)黄河三角洲地区可持续发展演变可以划分为两大阶段:现代社会之前的缓慢发展阶段和现代社会之后的波动发展阶段。现代社会之后的波动发展阶段又可以细分为农业资源开发为主的农业经济阶段(1949—1960年)、工业资源开发为主的工业经济阶段(1961—2000年)、综合资源开发为主的高效生态经济阶段(2000年—至今)。(3)本文运用三角模型对2001-2015年黄河三角洲地区可持续性进行分析,可以看出近十几年来可持续性呈现由一般可持续性向很强可持续性转变,经济可行性指数、社会可接受性指数朝着好的方向不断发展,但资源环境合理性指数呈现波动变化,生态环境有恶化风险,制约可持续发展的瓶颈仍未得到根本解决,可持续性状态仍有改进潜力。从黄河三角洲地区可持续性空间类型演变来看,19个县(市、区)的可持续性状态都有所上升,空间类型经历了由差异性明显向相对均衡过渡的阶段,但空间差异仍较明显,可持续性状态大体上呈现东高西低的空间格局。(4)黄河三角洲地区走可持续发展之路,需提升生态文明水平,构筑循环经济体系;重点强化科技创新和人才培养,强化高效生态产业发展,减轻生态环境压力;形成合理的空间开发格局,协调区际关系,形成可持续发展的空间结构,促进区域协调发展。
[Abstract]:Since twentieth Century, entering the middle stage of industrialization, urbanization has continued to increase the intensity of regional development, ecological and environmental problems have become increasingly prominent, the global population, resources, environment and energy crisis has exposed, on the environmental security the urgency and necessity of more and more obvious. To study the interaction through the various elements and various elements of the ecological environment human activities and the integrated effect, analysis of different stages of "people" and "land" interaction between strength and two contradictory imbalance characterization, to explore the general law of the process of sustainable development and spatial evolution of the typical type of man land system, of sustainability assessment of regional man land relationship evolution and status, help to understand the current situation and development trend of development, and provide the theoretical basis and path selection for the implementation of the strategy of sustainable development. This paper selects the the Yellow River Delta Region of typical human system type, around the development of each stage, to assess the sustainability as the main line, to explore characteristics of comprehensive analysis and spatial differences of each stage, to find out the main contradiction and unsustainable effect brought by the comprehensive analysis of characteristics of the regional man land system and space, to comprehensive perspective analysis of regional sustainable development. This paper is divided into six parts: the first chapter mainly introduces the research background and significance, research progress, research contents, methods and technical route and the innovation of the dissertation and the related concepts; the second chapter is the theoretical basis of the connotation of part introduces the theoretical basis of this thesis and the key concepts needed the definition of sustainability; overall analysis of the third chapter of the Yellow River delta part area of the Yellow River delta is defined, and then analysis The overall characteristics of the regional sustainable development, the comprehensive analysis of characteristics and constraints in the development of the condition, find out the outstanding problems and unsustainable effects brought; sustainability assessment and spatial analysis of type fourth chapter of the Yellow River delta to sustainability assessment as the main line, the sustainability of the quantitative and qualitative evaluation by sustainability assessment methods and ways complete, geographical process study the evolution of the Yellow River Delta region, differences in the specific research of the Yellow River Delta area of each phase space, and then combined with the natural environment, economic and social aspects of a detailed analysis of influencing factors; analysis and judgment of sustainable transformation countermeasure part through the sustainable development of man land system constraints of the fifth chapter of the Yellow River Delta and based on prediction the future development goals, puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to realize the sustainable development of man land in the Yellow River Delta The sixth chapter; the main conclusions and future outlook from the main part of the timing level, regional level analysis, the main conclusions of this paper and the future research prospects. In the third chapter and the fourth chapter is the main part of the six chapter, through the above research, draw the following conclusions: (1) from the the Yellow River delta development situation, sustainable growth the economies of scale, increasing economic efficiency, the industrial structure is reasonable, good economic indicators of the direction of development, but there are still structural level is relatively low, unbalanced regional economic development, industrial layout restricts the regional economic integration and other issues; the process of urbanization continues to accelerate the social subsystem, constantly improve people's living standards, the coverage of social security is increasing, but the existence of population structure contradictions, problems of widening gap between urban and rural areas; abundant natural resources, ecological environment protection system to speed up the process, but the management 婧愬紑鍙戝埄鐢ㄩ棶棰，
