【摘要】：加快建设中国特色中小学教师社会保障体系,成为当前国家社会政策发展所面临的重大课题。本研究比较分析了美、英、德、日等西方国家中小学教师社会保障的目标定位、制度架构、运作模式、发展规律,建立健全与经济社会发展水平相一致的中小学教师社会保障体系,可为深化我国中小学教师社会保障事业发展和教育领域综合改革,提供重要启示和借鉴。
[Abstract]:Speeding up the construction of a social security system for primary and secondary school teachers with Chinese characteristics has become a major issue facing the development of national social policy. This study compares and analyzes the target orientation of social security for primary and secondary school teachers in the United States, Britain, Germany, Japan and other Western countries. In order to deepen the development of the social security of primary and secondary school teachers and the comprehensive reform in the field of education, the system framework, operation mode, development law, and the establishment and improvement of the social security system of primary and secondary school teachers consistent with the level of economic and social development can be established. To provide important enlightenment and reference.
