海河下游冶金工业区循环经济研究

【摘要】：随着工业的快速发展,传统的粗放型经济增长方式使得资源枯竭的速度越来越快,环境污染日益严重。循环经济构建了环境和经济同时发展的新桥梁,成为工业发展的必然之路。本文在对海河下游冶金工业区实地调研和对循环经济与工业共生知识文献回顾的基础上,采用了定量分析与定性分析、实证研究和规范研究相结合的方法,融合了循环经济、工业共生、生态工业等相关理论,综合运用了 SWOT矩阵分析、工业共生模式构建等方法,开展了海河下游冶金工业区循环经济研究。主要包括以下内容:第一、分析总结了海河下游冶金工业区有关现状三大方面,包括工业区的自然环境、社会经济和已有的现实基础,为建立循环经济工业共生发展模式打下了基础。第二、对上述总结的海河下游冶金工业区现状进行SWOT矩阵分析,剖析了产业园区的现有的优势和劣势,阐述了工业区内可能面对的机遇和挑战。第三、本文根据循环经济的基本理论,制定海河下游冶金工业区发展循环经济的基本目标。然后从整个海河下游冶金工业区总体出发,综合考虑每个行业,进行工业区循环经济工业共生模式总体规划研究,再分别从工业体系、服务业体系、基础设施建设体系出发,进行海河下游冶金工业区循环经济工业共生子模式构建研究,最后阐述了海河下游冶金工业区循环经济工业共生初步效果。第四、分别从组织、管理、技术、资金、宣传教育和社会监督等方面具体论述了海河下游冶金工业区循环经济实施保障的措施。本文所进行的研究是基于海河下游冶金工业区目前的发展状况,构建出的循环经济工业共生发展模式具有一定的普遍适用性,并在最后比较系统的提出了循环经济工业共生模式实施时的保障措施,对我国大多数的产业园区循环经济的发展具有一定的现实意义。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of industry, the traditional extensive economic growth mode makes the depletion of resources faster and faster, and the environmental pollution becomes more and more serious. The circular economy has built a new bridge for the development of environment and economy at the same time. Based on the field investigation of the metallurgical industrial zone in the lower reaches of Haihe River and the review of the knowledge of circular economy and industrial symbiosis, this paper adopts quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. The combination of empirical research and normative research combines the relevant theories of circular economy, industrial symbiosis, ecological industry and so on, and synthetically applies SWOT matrix analysis, industrial symbiotic model construction and so on. The circular economy research of the metallurgical industrial zone in the lower reaches of Haihe River has been carried out. The main contents are as follows: first, three aspects about the present situation of the metallurgical industrial zone in the lower reaches of Haihe River are analyzed and summarized, including the natural environment of the industrial area. The social economy and the existing realistic foundation have laid the foundation for the establishment of circular economy industrial symbiotic development model. Secondly, the SWOT matrix analysis is carried out on the status quo of the metallurgical industrial zone in the lower reaches of Haihe River, which has been summarized above. This paper analyzes the existing strengths and weaknesses of industrial parks, and expounds the opportunities and challenges that may be faced in industrial zones. Thirdly, according to the basic theory of circular economy, The basic goal of developing circular economy in the metallurgical industrial zone of the lower reaches of Haihe River is formulated. Then, starting from the whole metallurgical industrial zone of the lower reaches of Haihe River, considering each industry synthetically, the overall planning of the industrial symbiosis mode of circular economy in the industrial zone is studied. Then, starting from the industrial system, service industry system and infrastructure construction system, respectively, the construction of the symbiotic sub-model of circular economy and industry in the metallurgical industrial zone downstream of Haihe River is studied. Finally, the primary effect of circular economy and industrial symbiosis in the metallurgical industrial zone of the lower reaches of Haihe River is described. 4th, from organization, management, technology, capital, respectively, In the aspects of propaganda, education and social supervision, the measures to guarantee the circular economy in the metallurgical industrial zone of the lower reaches of Haihe River are discussed in detail. The research in this paper is based on the present development situation of the metallurgical industrial zone in the lower reaches of the Haihe River. The industrial symbiotic development model of circular economy has certain universal applicability, and at the end of the paper puts forward the safeguard measures when the circular economy industrial symbiosis mode is put into practice. It has certain practical significance for the development of circular economy of most industrial parks in our country.
