列宁农村建设思想及其对我国新农村建设的启示

【摘要】：农村建设问题一直是我国社会发展进程中的重大问题,长期以来中国共产党都十分重视农村建设。自党在十六届五中全会中明确提出社会主义新农村建设目标始,我国的农村建设再次被提到了一个新的高度。毛泽东在《中华人民共和国第一届全国人民代表大会第一次会议开幕词》中就指出:“领导我们事业的核心力量是中国共产党。指导我们思想的理论基础是马克思列宁主义。”(1)列宁作为世界第一个实现社会主义由理论到现实飞跃的探索者和领路人,在其卓著的思想理论中,蕴含着丰硕的社会主义革命和社会主义建设的思想理论成果,当然也蕴含着关于在东方落后国家开展农村经济、政治、文化和社会建设的探索成果。这些思想理论成果无疑对于我们当前推进中国社会主义新农村建设有着重要的指导价值和借鉴价值。本文通过对列宁农村建设思想的系统考察、悉心领会和探析,力图全面发掘列宁关于农村建设的思想认识成果,并对这些思想认识成果的历史贡献进行辩证评析,最后归纳出列宁农村建设思想对当前我国社会主义新农村建设的有益启示。本论文主要分为四个部分:第一部分阐释列宁农村建设思想的相关学理。论文首先对列宁农村建设思想的相关概念进行了阐释和界定,以确立本文研究的逻辑对象和学术界域。基于概念界定后,接着考察了列宁农村建设思想建构的基础,认为这个基础主要包含三个方面:马克思、恩格斯的农村观为其提供了直接的理论来源;是对俄国民粹派村社思想的辩证扬弃;俄国农村恶劣的现实境况给列宁提出紧迫任务。最后论文概括了列宁农村建设思想建构的几个重要时期,本文认为,列宁农村建设思想构建的重要时期主要有三个时期:战时共产主义政策时期、新经济政策时期以及列宁晚年时期。第二部分系统阐述了列宁农村建设思想的主要内容。这是本文研究的一个重点部分。本文在悉心研读列宁的相关经典文本、篇章和大量考察近年来国内外学界相关成果的基础上,系统概括了列宁农村建设思想的主要内容,分别是从政治、经济、文化和社会建设四个层面总结阐释了列宁农村建设思想的基本内容。第三部分分析了列宁农村建设思想的历史贡献。这部分是本论文研究的一个难点。该部分主要从三个方面概述了列宁农村建设思想的历史贡献:一是丰富和发展了马恩农村建设思想;二是巩固了俄国工农联盟和新生政权;三是为社会主义国家开辟了马克思主义民族化的农村建设道路。第四部分探究了列宁农村建设思想对我国社会主义新农村建设的启示。这部分是本论文的落脚点,同时也是研究的难点和重点。该部分主要是将列宁农村建设思想同我国新农村建设中遇到的问题相结合,提出了列宁农村建设思想对我国社会主义新农村建设的启示。其启示也是分别从经济、政治、文化和社会四个方面去探寻的,认为:首先,要充分保障农民利益,发挥农民主体地位;其次,要加快农村组织化程度建设;再次,全方位推进农村文化建设;最后,加强农村社会保障制度建设。

This thesis is mainly divided into four parts: the first part explains the related theory of Lenin thought of countryside building.
