【摘要】：正山东省财金投资集团有限公司(以下简称"山东财金集团")是在原山东省经济开发投资公司基础上,通过转企改制组建的省委管理领导班子的国有重要骨干企业、功能型国有资本投资运营公司。公司是山东省企业联合会、山东省企业家协会、山东省工业经济联合会、山东省质量管理协会副会长单位。山东财金集团由省政府履行出资人职责,省政府委托省财政厅、省国资委、省社保基金理事会作为出资人代表,分别按40%、30%、30%的比例持有股权。
