共享发展理念的科学内涵、哲学向度及其现实指向

【摘要】：2015年11月共享发展理念提出后迅速引起了学者们的关注,成为了学术研究的热点。很多学者从不同的维度、不同的层次对共享发展理念进行了研究和探讨,提出了很多新的观点和对策。从本质上说,共享发展是一项有针对性、可操作性的战略方针和战略思想,实践中其内涵和意蕴还在不断丰富、嬗变和提升。文章通过全面正确地阐释共享发展理念的科学内涵和时代意蕴,分析共享发展理念的哲学向度,探讨共享发展的现实指向,从社会组织结构与政策、生态文明、核心价值、现代化治理、社会保障体系构建等多个维度提出国家治理视野下共享发展的现实指向和实践策略。
[Abstract]:After the concept of shared development was put forward in November 2015, scholars paid close attention to it and became a hot topic in academic research.Many scholars have studied and discussed the concept of shared development from different dimensions and different levels, and put forward many new viewpoints and countermeasures.In essence, shared development is a targeted and operable strategic policy and strategic thought. In practice, its connotation and implication are constantly enriched, changed and promoted.Through explaining the scientific connotation and age implication of the concept of shared development, analyzing the philosophical direction of the concept of shared development, and discussing the realistic direction of shared development, this paper discusses the social organization structure and policy, ecological civilization and core value.Modern governance, social security system construction and other dimensions of national governance under the vision of shared development of reality and practical strategy.
