社会资本视角下的新生代农民工就业质量研究

【摘要】:就业问题是当前我国经济的重要问题,农民工尤其是新生代农民工的就业难题更是一个重要的经济问题和社会问题。影响新生代农民工就业质量的因素复杂多样,社会资本是其中的显性因素之一。社会资本能够帮助新生代农民工获取就业信息、降低就业成本、维护合法权益,也有益于新生代农民工自身更加全面地发展。然而,离土又离乡的异地就业,导致当前我国新生代农民工的社会资本规模小,存量少,种类单一,同质化严重,严重制约了新生代农民工群体就业质量的提升。因此,政府、社会、用人单位和新生代农民工自身均应作出努力,拓展社会资本的存量与种类,为提高新生代农民工的就业质量服务。
[Abstract]:The employment problem is an important problem in our country's economy at present, and the employment problem of migrant workers, especially the new generation of migrant workers, is an important economic and social problem.The factors affecting the employment quality of the new generation of migrant workers are complex and diverse, and social capital is one of the dominant factors.Social capital can help the new generation of migrant workers to obtain employment information, reduce the cost of employment, safeguard their legitimate rights and interests, but also benefit the new generation of migrant workers themselves more comprehensive development.However, the new generation migrant workers' social capital scale is small, the stock is small, the kind is single, the homogeneity is serious, which seriously restricts the improvement of the new generation migrant workers' employment quality.Therefore, the government, society, employing units and the new generation of migrant workers themselves should make efforts to expand the stock and types of social capital, in order to improve the employment quality of the new generation of migrant workers.
