成都市新型城镇化影响因素的实证分析

【摘要】：城镇化进程是一个国家或地区发展的必经之路,是经济体系不断变化的一个历程,是历史长河中最主要以及不可缺少的一类改革,当然它也是欠发达国家经济发展中最重要的一个环节。成都是中国发展战略转型的主战场和试验台,在这里演绎的新型城镇化发展将对中国城镇化发展产生长远的影响,因此认真研究和科学分析新型城镇化影响因素是成都把握新机遇、实现新定位和完成新使命的落脚点,是成都促进中国新型城镇化发展的动力源。本文以成都市为研究对象,运用理论与实证相结合的方法探究新型城镇化的影响因素,并针对成都市新型城镇化的发展提出对策建议。首先,论文系统的总结了国内外城镇化的相关研究,将城镇化发展的客观现实与既有的相关研究相结合,借鉴了可持续发展理论、要素流动与集聚理论、创新理论与城乡一体化理论,并通过对传统城镇与新型城镇化的对比来界定新型城镇化的含义。其次,文章在理论基础上,分析出哪些因素可能影响着成都市新型城镇化的发展,结合其他学者城镇化因素的研究,建立了一套指标体系。然后通过SPSS等软件对指标体系进行实证分析,研究成都市新型城镇化的影响因素,并将得出的影响因素的重要性进行排序。在经济发展和产业发展上,成都市的经济发展水平虽然有所提高,但相较于其他发达地区,还比较滞后,这已经束缚了成都市新型城镇化的发展。人口转移方面,成都市为非农产业提供了较多的就业就会,但农村富余劳动力的转移和规模并没有满足成都市新型城镇化发展的需求,在科教文卫的建设上成都市的投入还不够,人力资本的存量、社会保障事业对成都市新型城镇化发展的影响还没有充分表现出来。基础设施方面,有跟上新型城镇化建设的进程,在制度上,成都市在就业,户籍和教育上的政策力度还比较小。最后在以上研究的基础上结合成都市城镇化的发展现状,提出了提高成都市新型城镇化水平的对策建议,包括发展经济、优化产业结构、提高人口素质、进行制度创新等对策建议。
[Abstract]:The process of urbanization is the only way for a country or region to develop. It is a process of continuous changes in the economic system. It is the most important and indispensable type of reform in the long history. Of course, it is also the most important link in the economic development of less developed countries. Chengdu is the main battlefield and test bed for China's strategic transformation of development. The new urbanization development deduced here will have a long-term impact on the development of China's urbanization. Therefore, to study and scientifically analyze the influencing factors of new urbanization is the foothold for Chengdu to grasp the new opportunity, realize the new orientation and complete the new mission, and is the power source for Chengdu to promote the development of new urbanization in China. This article takes Chengdu as the research object, uses the theory and the demonstration method to probe into the new urbanization influence factor, and puts forward the countermeasure suggestion to the Chengdu new type urbanization development. First of all, the paper systematically summarizes the domestic and foreign urbanization related research, combining the objective reality of urbanization development with the existing related research, learning from the theory of sustainable development, factor flow and agglomeration theory. Innovation theory and urban-rural integration theory, and through the comparison of traditional towns and new urbanization to define the meaning of new urbanization. Secondly, on the basis of theory, this paper analyzes which factors may affect the development of new urbanization in Chengdu, and establishes a set of index system combined with the research of other scholars' urbanization factors. Then through the SPSS and other software to carry on the positive analysis to the index system, studies the Chengdu new type urbanization influence factor, and will obtain the influence factor importance to carry on the ranking. In terms of economic development and industrial development, the level of economic development in Chengdu has been improved, but compared with other developed regions, it is still lagging behind, which has constrained the development of new urbanization in Chengdu. In terms of population transfer, Chengdu provides more employment for non-agricultural industries, but the transfer and scale of surplus rural labor force does not meet the needs of Chengdu's new urbanization development. In the construction of science, education, culture and health, the investment of Chengdu is not enough, the stock of human capital and the influence of social security on the development of new urbanization in Chengdu have not been fully demonstrated. In terms of infrastructure, there is a process of keeping up with the construction of new urbanization. In terms of system, Chengdu's policies on employment, household registration and education are relatively small. Finally, on the basis of the above research, combined with the current situation of urbanization in Chengdu, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the level of urbanization in Chengdu, including developing economy, optimizing industrial structure, improving the quality of population.
