天保工程对国有林场可持续发展的推动作用——以甘肃省张掖市寺大隆林场为例

【摘要】：文章以甘肃省张掖市寺大隆林场为例,阐述实施天保工程,对森林资源保护和培育、后续产业发展、生物多样性发展、职工社会保障、职工工资、基础设施建设等6个方面,推动林场可持续发展的作用,进行详细分析,并指出存在的突出问题,提出了相应的建议。
[Abstract]:Taking the Temple Dalong Forest Farm of Zhangye City in Gansu Province as an example, this paper expounds the implementation of the Natural Conservation Project, the protection and cultivation of forest resources, the development of subsequent industries, the development of biodiversity, the social security of workers and staff, the wages of workers, and the construction of infrastructure. The function of promoting the sustainable development of forest farm is analyzed in detail, and the outstanding problems are pointed out, and the corresponding suggestions are put forward.
