农村初中教师闲暇生活境遇及改善策略研究

【摘要】:随着改革开放的持续深入以及我国经济持续良好的发展,人们的社会生活方式也正在发生深刻的变化,体现之一就是我国职工的闲暇时间受到重视。教师职业不但享有双休日和法定的节假日,更有寒暑假的带薪休假。如何利用闲暇时间,提升闲暇生活的品质,正在逐步成为提升我国教师生活质量的重要主题。本研究立足于农村教师闲暇生活的考察,关注农村教师闲暇生活现状,并在探讨理论、分析成因基础上探寻农村教师闲暇生活的改善策略。具体而言,本研究主要内容有五:第一,对国内外教师闲暇生活的相关研究进行综述,对农村教师、闲暇生活、农村教师闲暇生活等概念做出阐释,以作为本研究的逻辑起点。第二,对闲暇生活的特征、理论基础及价值进行探讨,以便为探析农村教师闲暇生活存在问题、成因及解决策略提供理论支撑。第三,对农村初中教师闲暇生活的现状进行田野考察。本研究以浙江、四川和河北三省为例,对样本学校的农村教师进行观察和深度访谈,以了解我国农村初中教师闲暇生活的境况与遭遇。研究发现,农村初中教师闲暇生活意识淡薄,闲暇生活认知存在偏差;工作生活时间占用较大,闲暇时间不足;经济水平制约,闲暇活动内容单调;外部资源缺乏,闲暇活动开展不足。第四,从三个维度分析分析农村初中教师闲暇生活问题产生缘由。从政府和社会方面来看,农村教育资金投入不足,农村教师社会地位较低;从农村学校方面来看,校内闲暇氛围欠浓郁,农村教师闲暇理论武装不足;从农村教师自身来看,闲暇角色认知存在偏差,闲暇畅爽体验较少。第五,探寻农村初中教师闲暇生活提升的有效策略。从国家和社会层面,需加大改善农村初中教师闲暇生活现状的资金投入,加强农村初中教师闲暇生活质量提升的政策倾斜,完善农村初中教师闲暇生活质量提升的社会保障;从农村学校层面,要营造农村初中教师闲暇生活提升的人文环境,创新农村初中教师闲暇生活提升的管理机制,搭建农村初中教师闲暇生活提升的有力平台;从农村教师自身层面,应积极转变对闲暇生活观念态度,自觉改善闲暇生活的内容方式。同时通过借鉴国外改善农村教师闲暇生活的成功经验,构建提升我国初中教师闲暇生活品质的有效保障机制。
[Abstract]:With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up and the sustained good development of our economy, the social life style of people is also undergoing profound changes, one of which is that the leisure time of workers and staff in our country is paid more attention to. The teaching profession not only enjoys weekends and statutory holidays, but also winter and summer holidays. How to make use of leisure time to improve the quality of leisure life is becoming an important topic of improving the quality of life of teachers in China. Based on the investigation of rural teachers' leisure life, this study focuses on the present situation of rural teachers' leisure life, and probes into the improvement strategies of rural teachers' leisure life on the basis of exploring the theory and analyzing the causes. Specifically, there are five main contents of this study: first, the related researches on the leisure life of teachers at home and abroad are summarized, and the concepts of rural teachers, leisure life and rural teachers' leisure life are explained as the logical starting point of this study. Secondly, the characteristics, theoretical basis and value of leisure life are discussed in order to provide theoretical support for the analysis of the problems, causes and solving strategies of rural teachers' leisure life. Third, the rural junior middle school teachers leisure life of the field investigation. This study takes Zhejiang, Sichuan and Hebei provinces as examples to observe and interview rural teachers in sample schools in order to understand the situation and experience of rural junior middle school teachers' leisure life in China. The study found that the rural junior middle school teachers have a weak sense of leisure life, the cognition of leisure life is biased, the working and living time is larger, the leisure time is insufficient, the economic level is restricted, the content of leisure activities is monotonous, and the external resources are lacking. Leisure activities are inadequate. Fourth, from three dimensions analysis of rural junior high school teachers leisure life problems. From the point of view of government and society, the rural education fund is insufficient, the social status of rural teachers is relatively low; from the aspect of rural schools, the leisure atmosphere in the school is not strong enough, the theory of leisure theory of rural teachers is insufficient; from the perspective of rural teachers themselves, There is a deviation in the cognition of leisure role, and the experience of leisure is less. Fifth, to explore the rural junior high school teachers leisure life promotion effective strategy. From the national and social level, it is necessary to increase the investment of funds to improve the present situation of rural junior middle school teachers' leisure life, strengthen the policy of improving the quality of rural junior middle school teachers' leisure life, and improve the social security of rural junior middle school teachers' leisure life quality. From the level of rural schools, it is necessary to create a humanistic environment for the promotion of leisure life of rural junior high school teachers, to innovate the management mechanism of rural junior high school teachers' leisure life promotion, and to build a powerful platform for rural junior high school teachers' leisure life promotion. From the rural teachers' own level, we should change their attitude towards leisure life and consciously improve the content of leisure life. At the same time, by learning from the successful experience of improving the leisure life of rural teachers in foreign countries, we can construct an effective guarantee mechanism to improve the quality of leisure life of junior high school teachers in our country.
