新生代农民工精神诉求问题及对策研究

【摘要】：在我国工业化、城镇化步伐不断加快的同时,一支新型的劳动大军——新生代农民工逐渐涌现出来,也为我国工人阶级注入了一股新鲜的血液。对于我国城乡社会、经济发展而言,新生代农民工所做出的贡献可谓是巨大的。我国城镇乃至整个社会的繁荣发展,新生代农民工可以说是功不可没的,对他们的精神文化生活进行研究,使他们这方面的“幸福指数”得到提高,这不仅有利于新生代农民工自身发展,也有利于社会主义和谐社会目标的实现。本文研究详细介绍了新生代农民工的精神文化生活,并对其进行分析。通过研究可知,多种原因导致了他们现阶段在精神文化生活方面所存在的问题。就群体特征的角度而言,在文化水平、经济能力、就业条件等方面与城市青年相比,新生代农民工有着明显不足,导致他们精神文化生活的发展受到了制约；就社会环境的角度而言,新生代农民工在精神文化生活方面存在不足的根源主要就在于城乡差异,其文化建设之所以会受到阻碍,最现实的原因就在于各种资源和条件的分配不尽合理。我国城市化进程如今越来越受到新生代农民工精神文化生活的影响,在城市化进程中,他们因精神文化生活的需求得不到满足而难以摆脱被边缘化的境地。所以,要注重和加强新生代农民工的精神诉求问题,帮助他们摆脱困境,全面提升他们的文化水平和道德素质,帮助他们融入城市。本文将详细分析上述这些对新生代农民工精神文化生活发展不利的各种因素,进而给出相应的对策和建议,从政府公共文化服务体系以及建立健全农民工自治组织和新生代农民工自身等角度使问题得到解决。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization in China, a new type of labor force, the new generation of migrant workers, has emerged gradually, which has also injected a fresh blood into the working class of our country. For urban and rural society and economic development, the contribution of the new generation of migrant workers is enormous. With the prosperity and development of our country's towns and even the whole society, the new generation of migrant workers can be said to have contributed to the study of their spiritual and cultural life, so as to raise their "happiness index" in this respect. This is not only conducive to the development of the new generation of migrant workers themselves, but also conducive to the realization of the goal of a harmonious socialist society. This paper introduces the spiritual and cultural life of the new generation of migrant workers in detail and analyzes it. Through the study, we can know that many reasons lead to the problems existing in their spiritual and cultural life at the present stage. In terms of group characteristics, compared with the urban youth, the new generation of migrant workers have obvious deficiencies in terms of cultural level, economic ability, employment conditions and so on, resulting in the development of their spiritual and cultural life has been restricted; From the point of view of social environment, the root cause of the deficiency in the spiritual and cultural life of the new generation of migrant workers lies mainly in the differences between urban and rural areas, the cultural construction of which will be hindered. The most realistic reason lies in the unreasonable allocation of resources and conditions. Nowadays, the process of urbanization in China is more and more influenced by the spiritual and cultural life of the new generation of migrant workers. In the process of urbanization, it is difficult for them to get out of the situation of marginalization because of the unsatisfied needs of spiritual and cultural life. Therefore, we should pay attention to and strengthen the spiritual demands of the new generation of migrant workers, help them out of the predicament, improve their cultural level and moral quality, and help them integrate into the city. This paper will analyze in detail the various factors that are unfavorable to the spiritual and cultural development of the new generation of migrant workers, and then give the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. The problems can be solved from the angle of the government public cultural service system, the establishment and perfection of peasant workers' autonomous organizations and the new generation of migrant workers themselves.
