山西省低收入农户消费状况分析

【摘要】：山西省低收入农户消费水平低,消费结构不合理,与高收入农户的消费状况存在较大的差距。要增加低收入农户的收入水平,为低收入农户消费增长奠定物质基础;要进一步完善农村低收入群体社会保障体系,保证低收入农民的基本生活;要强化农村金融服务功能,推行消费信贷政策;要提高低收入劳动力的文化素质,夯实低收入农户增加消费的长远基础。
[Abstract]:The consumption level of low-income farmers in Shanxi Province is low, and the consumption structure is unreasonable, and there is a big gap between the consumption status of low-income farmers and that of high-income farmers. We should increase the income level of low-income farmers, lay a material foundation for the consumption growth of low-income farmers, further improve the social security system for low-income rural groups and ensure the basic livelihood of low-income farmers, and strengthen the function of rural financial services. To promote consumer credit policy, to improve the cultural quality of low-income labor force, and to consolidate the long-term basis for low-income farmers to increase consumption.
