人口老龄化对我国经济影响探析

【摘要】：人口老龄化进程加速、老年人口占比越来越大,老龄化已经成为影响我国经济社会发展的重要因素。十八届三中全会呼吁整个社会"积极应对老龄化",在我国目前面临经济社会转型的大背景下,人口老龄化会对我国劳动力市场、社会保障等各个层面带来影响。本文拟就我国人口结构变化对我国经济各方面影响进行研究,认为积极应对人口结构变化需要改善我国就业情况、注重家庭养老等。
[Abstract]:The aging process of the population is accelerating and the proportion of the elderly population is becoming larger and larger. Aging has become an important factor affecting the economic and social development of our country. The third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee called on the whole society to "actively deal with the aging". Under the background of the economic and social transformation, the aging of the population will have an impact on the labor market, social security and other aspects of our country. This paper intends to study the influence of the change of population structure on all aspects of China's economy, and thinks that it is necessary to improve the employment situation of our country and pay attention to the family pension in order to deal with the change of population structure actively.
