东北林业大学加强后勤队伍建设提升后勤服务能力情况的调查研究

【摘要】：在高校综合改革的大背景下,后勤改革进入全新时期,如何在新形势下,加强后勤队伍建设、提升后勤服务能力成为重要课题。以东北林业大学资产管理处和后勤服务总公司为代表的1006名员工为样本,经过调研分析,东北林业大学后勤队伍面临着队伍整体老龄化、总体学历水平较低、后勤队伍改革受体制束缚严重、竞争意识与服务意识淡薄等诸多问题,从而制约了后勤服务能力和整体服务水平的提升。以此提出以下对策建议:有计划地补充后勤管理岗位编制;将员工身份管理转为岗位管理;建立科学有效的激励机制;解决社会保障问题,增强后勤骨干队伍稳定性;加强培训,提高后勤队伍整体素质;实施精细化和数字化管理;加强服务能力监管评价体系建设。
[Abstract]:Under the background of comprehensive reform in colleges and universities, logistics reform has entered a new period. Under the new situation, how to strengthen the construction of logistics team and improve the ability of logistics service has become an important topic. With 1006 employees represented by the Asset Management Office and the Logistics Service Corporation of Northeast Forestry University as samples, through investigation and analysis, the logistics team of Northeast Forestry University is facing the overall aging of the team, and the overall educational level is relatively low. The reform of logistics team is seriously restricted by the system, and the consciousness of competition and service is weak, which restricts the improvement of logistics service ability and the whole service level. The following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: supplement the post establishment of logistics management in a planned way; transform employee identity management into post management; establish a scientific and effective incentive mechanism; solve the social security problem and enhance the stability of the backbone logistics team; Strengthen the training, improve the overall quality of the logistics team; implement fine and digital management; strengthen the service capacity supervision and evaluation system construction.
