降成本的总体形势与财政作用分析

【摘要】：正作为供给侧结构性改革的重要内容之一,降成本已得到社会各界的广泛重视。从总体形势来看,降成本任务很重,各种推高成本的因素广泛存在。因此,需要在认清形势的基础之上,激发企业的创造力,充分发挥财政的作用。降成本的总体形势(一)人工成本从总体上看,企业的用工成本在持续上升。我国自2000年以来就进入了老龄化社会。全国1%人口抽样调查结果显示,2015年我国总和生育率仅为

Therefore, it is necessary to arouse the creativity of the enterprise and give full play to the role of the Finance on the basis of the situation. As a whole, the cost of labor is rising continuously. China has entered an aging society since 2000. The national 1% population sampling survey shows that the total fertility rate in China in 2015 is only the same.
