基于MVC的保障性住房信息平台的设计与实现

【摘要】:社会保障性住房是指为满足社会基本住房需要,通过当地政府提供优惠政策、统筹规划,面向指定人群提供住房服务,并严格制定一套建设规范和价格标准,解决部分低收入人群居住问题的住房。针对此类人群,如何使之及时有效获取保障房源的第一手信息显得尤为重要。目前来说,我国许多地区由于信息途径不正规、信息平台更新不及时、系统不稳定、平台发展不成熟等原因,制约了保障性住房等相关惠民政策的实施和行业的发展。因此如何与有关部门深入合作,从全面梳理保障性住房业务流程的角度,开发出更合理可靠稳定的、集保障性住房信息的查询、办理、入住调换等于一体的保障性住房信息平台,从而在根本上解决信息不对称问题,使受保障居民能住上更满意放心的保障性住房,是目前最需要解决的平台问题。为了解决以上问题,本文以.NET中的MVC为开发框架、结合B/S模式进行辅助开发,开发出基于MVC三层模式的可靠性强、实时性高、界面友好的保障性住房信息服务平台。立足于北京市保障房管理服务的现实需求,以北京市保障性住房建设投资中心工作需要为基础,围绕保障房交换交易信息平台依次介绍了系统的研究背景,开发目的和意义,在借鉴其他城市有关房产信息管理系统的优点的基础上,优化并完善其不足,设计基于MVC的B/S模式的、满足保障性住房投融资、选房入住、交换交易等功能需要的应用信息平台。在保证系统各模块低耦合、高内聚、复用性高、程序可维护性更强等目的的前提下,着重对实现公租房调换流程环节进行详细设计描述,实现了主体功能需求,能满足业务需要,经测试及应用,能精准并迅速地对保障房中心各项业务的信息状态做出反应,实现了操作便利、界面友好的设计目标。本文对保障性住房信息平台的初步研究和探讨,期望能适应互联网+新形势下保障性住房信息平台的发展趋势和应用便利。
[Abstract]:Social security housing means that in order to meet the basic housing needs of the society, the local government provides preferential policies, plans as a whole, provides housing services to designated people, and strictly formulates a set of construction norms and price standards. Housing to solve the housing problem of some low-income people. For this kind of people, how to make it timely and effective to obtain the first-hand information about housing is particularly important. At present, due to the irregular information channels, the update of information platform, the instability of the system and the immature development of the platform, many areas of our country have restricted the implementation of the relevant benefits policy and the development of the industry such as the indemnificatory housing. Therefore, how to cooperate in depth with relevant departments, from the angle of overall combing out the business process of affordable housing, to develop a more reasonable, reliable and stable inquiry for collecting information on affordable housing, It is the most important platform problem to solve the problem of information asymmetry and make the insured residents live on the supportable housing which is more satisfied and reassured. In order to solve the above problems, this paper takes MVC in .NET as the development framework, and combines the B / S model to develop the supporting housing information service platform, which is based on MVC three-layer pattern with strong reliability, high real-time and friendly interface. Based on the actual demand of indemnificatory apartment management service in Beijing, and based on the working needs of Beijing supportable housing construction investment center, this paper introduces the research background, development purpose and significance of the system around the indemnificatory apartment exchange transaction information platform in turn. On the basis of drawing lessons from the advantages of other cities' real estate information management system, the author optimizes and perfects its shortcomings, designs the B / S model based on MVC to meet the needs of affordable housing investment and financing, and housing selection. Exchange transactions and other functions required by the application of information platform. On the premise of ensuring the low coupling, high cohesion, high reusability and more maintainability of the modules of the system, this paper focuses on the detailed design and description of the process of realizing the public rental housing exchange, and realizes the main function requirements. It can meet the needs of business, through testing and application, it can accurately and quickly respond to the information status of indemnificatory apartment center services, and realize the design goal of convenient operation and friendly interface. In this paper, the preliminary research and discussion of the supportable housing information platform is discussed, which is expected to adapt to the development trend and application convenience of the supportable housing information platform under the new situation of the Internet.
