欧洲社会保障法的发展历程研究

【摘要】：随着经济、社会的不断发展和人口老龄化时代的到来,建设和发展中国社会保障制度的重要性愈加凸显。由于当前中国社会保障制度的建设还处于初期阶段,所以学习和借鉴其他国家在相关方面的经验教训对中国来说无疑具有重要意义。通过回顾、梳理世界范围内社会保障制度自初创至近期的发展历史,结合相关理论的演进过程和各国实践的经验,本文尝试总结出了社会保障制度建设中需要注意的一些规律和原则,并根据这些启示,对中国《社会保险法》草案进行了评价,同时给出了修改、完善的建议。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and society and the arrival of aging population, the importance of constructing and developing Chinese social security system is becoming more and more prominent. Because the construction of China's social security system is still in its infancy, it is undoubtedly of great significance for China to learn and learn from the experiences and lessons of other countries. Through reviewing, combing the worldwide social security system from its inception to recent development history, combining with the evolution of relevant theories and the practical experience of various countries, This paper attempts to sum up some laws and principles that should be paid attention to in the construction of social security system. According to these revelations, the draft of China's Social Insurance Law is evaluated, and some suggestions for revision and perfection are given.
