浙江省新华医院预约诊疗管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：近年来,随着人们生活水平的不断提高,对医疗服务的需求也急速增长,“看病难”、“挂号难”的现象已成为全社会关注的焦点。为有效缓解广大群众“看病难”、“挂号难”等问题,破解困扰医院传统的“三长一短”问题,除了继续提高医疗服务领域的供给能力之外,利用现代计算机科学技术,建立一套完善的预约诊疗管理信息系统,合理有效地整合、利用现有资源,改变现有的就医模式、改变群众就医观念,优化服务流程也是解决这一问题的有效途径之一。本文运用软件工程方法学理论,从病人实际就诊流程出发,通过需求分析,体系结构设计,详细设计,系统测试等详细论述了预约诊疗管理系统的创建过程。系统基于Mircrosft公司的.NET FrameWork4.5框架开发,采用C/S与B/S相结合的模式,预约中心子系统使用ASP.NET技术实现,采用网闸技术实现了排班与号源统一的管理,完全开放,结束了各个服务商靠人工分号的历史,Web展现层采用ASP.NET MVC和j Query EasyUI技术,系统使用微软公司的MS-SQLServer2005作为数据存储,ADO.NET Entity Framework框架实现对数据访问；自助服务子系统则采用.NET Windows Forms技术,通过Microsoft Enterprise Library组件对原有Oracle数据库的访问；系统采用WebService技术与医院现有的HIS、PACS等异构系统进行数据交换,使用接口动态链接库方式实现与银行、社保等系统的数据交互。预约诊疗管理信息系统应用一方面实现了医院对现有的资源的有效管理,极大地提高了医疗资源的利用率,另一方面,患者可以通过预约中心系统利用电话、互联网、移动互联网等方式足不出户就能完成对医院开发的医疗资源进行实时预约,通过自助服务(结算)系统便可完成付费结算,更加方便了患者的就诊过程。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous improvement of people's living standards, the demand for medical services has also increased rapidly. The phenomenon of "difficult to see a doctor" and "difficult to register" has become the focus of attention of the whole society. In order to effectively alleviate the problems such as "difficult to see a doctor" and "difficult to register" among the masses, and to solve the problem of "three, long, one short" that beset the hospital tradition, in addition to continuing to improve the supply capacity in the field of medical services, we should make use of modern computer science and technology. One of the effective ways to solve this problem is to establish a set of perfect management information system of appointment diagnosis and treatment, to integrate reasonably and effectively, to use existing resources, to change the current mode of medical treatment, to change the concept of mass medical treatment, and to optimize the service flow. Based on the theory of software engineering methodology, this paper discusses in detail the establishment process of appointment diagnosis and treatment management system by means of requirement analysis, architecture design, detailed design, system test and so on. The system is based on the. Net Framework 4.5 framework of Mircrosft Company. It adopts the mode of combining C / S and B / S, the subsystem of reservation center is realized by ASP. Net technology, and the management of scheduling and number source is realized by the technology of network gate, which is completely open. At the end of the history of each service provider relying on the manual semicolon, the ASP. Net MVC and j query easy UI technology are adopted in the Web presentation layer. The system uses MS SQL Server 2005 as the data storage framework for data storage and ADO.NET entity Framework, while the self service subsystem uses. Net Windows forms technology. The system uses Web Service technology to exchange data with existing isomerous systems such as HIS-PACS, and uses interface dynamic link library to realize data interaction with bank, social security and other systems. On the one hand, the application of appointment diagnosis and treatment management information system realizes the effective management of existing resources in hospitals, and greatly improves the utilization rate of medical resources. On the other hand, patients can use the telephone and the Internet through the appointment center system. Mobile Internet can complete the real-time reservation of medical resources developed by the hospital without leaving the home. Through the self-service (settlement) system, it can complete the payment settlement, which is more convenient for patients to visit the hospital.
