【摘要】：正2015年8月23日,国务院发布《基本养老保险基金投资管理办法》,规定养老基金实行中央集中运营、市场化投资运作,由省级政府将各地可投资的养老基金归集到省级社会保障专户,统一委托给国务院授权的养老基金管理机构进行投资运营。养老金入市的政策终于放开。鉴于此,我们应积极且审慎地完善相关运
[Abstract]:On August 23, 2015, the State Council issued the basic Pension Fund Investment Management measures, which stipulates that pension funds shall be operated centrally and market-oriented. The provincial government will gather the local investable pension funds to the provincial social security special account, and commission the investment operation to the pension fund management organization authorized by the State Council. The policy of entering the market for pensions has finally been liberalized. In view of this, we should actively and prudently improve the relevant transportation
