别把保障“老工伤”权益当成负担

【摘要】：正审计署6月29日发布了工伤保险基金审计结果公告。审计发现,17个省有17万个单位未按规定为114.95万名职工办理工伤保险;有6个省的10.36万名"老工伤"人员尚未纳入工伤保险。所谓"老工伤"人员,是指未纳入工伤保险统筹的工伤人员,是我国社会保障制度转轨过程中形成的特殊群体。近几年,"老工伤"人员的权益保障问题日益突出。不同企业和不同时期"老工伤"人员待遇存在较大差异,
[Abstract]:Is the Audit Office on June 29 issued the results of industrial injury insurance fund audit announcement. The audit found that 170000 units in 17 provinces did not handle industrial injury insurance for 1.1495 million workers according to regulations, and 103600 "old work-related injuries" personnel in 6 provinces had not yet been included in industrial injury insurance.
