对新生代农民工的人文关怀问题研究

【摘要】：加强和改进思想政治工作,注重人文关怀和心理疏导,培育自尊自信、理性平和、积极向上的社会心态是党的十八大报告中最新提出的人文关怀理念。以2012年11月党的十八大成功召开为历史起点,我党提出了帮助协调解决农民工的实际困难和问题,努力建设文明和谐的社会关系。而人文关怀,是以人的价值为中心,展开对人的生存状况,尊严等基本需求和对人的情感、思想等内心感受的关注。新生代农民工作为我国体制转轨和社会转型的关键时期而产生的特殊的群体,对他们人文关怀的现状值得探索。近年来,国家开始逐渐将目光转到了新生代农民工的问题上来,但大多数的研究旨在研究新生代农民工人文关怀的内容,方法,原则等。由于我国长期以来都推行的城乡二元化户籍制度,新生代农民工在工资,住宿条件,基本的社会保障,子女教育等方面的生活状况并不理想。而思想政治教育想要发展,则必须走人文关怀这一道路。我国虽然在新生代农民工的人文关怀工作上取得了一定的成果,但在计划经济转向市场经济的过程中衍生的农民工问题仍然滞留,政府相关部门对处在社会边缘地带的新生代农民工重视度低,社会整体形成的人文关怀合理不够,加之新生代农民工自身定位模糊,一系列社会问题随之涌现,不加快对新生代农民工的人文关怀工作的步伐,将大大不利于社会的和谐稳定发展。本文首先运用文献研究法厘定思想政治教育和人文关怀的相关问题,为二者之间的结合研究提供理论基础。除引言外,本文分为三个部分,第一部分对新生代农民工和人文关怀的相关概念进行梳理和界定,深入分析了对新生代农民工进行人文关怀的价值和意义。第二部分运用问卷调查统计分析方法,通过对新生代农民工人文关怀现状的调研,认识目前新生代农民工在人文关怀现状中存在的问题及其成因。最后,探究对新生代农民工人文关怀的路径探索,旨在进一步提高对新生代农民工进行人文关怀工作的实效性,针对培养自由且全面发展的新生代农民工问题进行了有价值的探索。本文通过借鉴前人已有的研究成果,在我国体制转轨和社会转型的关键时期背景下,探索如何更好的开展对新生代农民工人文关怀的工作,赋予人文关怀新的意义。
[Abstract]:Strengthening and improving ideological and political work, paying attention to humanistic care and psychological guidance, cultivating self-esteem and self-confidence, rational and peaceful, positive social mentality is the latest humanistic care concept put forward in the report of the 18th National Congress of the CPC. With the successful convening of the 18th National Congress of the Party in November 2012 as the historical starting point, our Party has proposed to help solve the practical difficulties and problems of migrant workers and to strive to build civilized and harmonious social relations. The humanistic concern is to focus on the value of human beings and to pay close attention to the basic needs of human existence, dignity and feelings, such as human feelings, thoughts and so on. The new generation of migrant workers, as a special group in the key period of system transition and social transformation in China, is worth exploring the present situation of their humanistic care. In recent years, the country began to focus on the issue of the new generation of migrant workers, but most of the research is aimed at studying the contents, methods, principles of the humanistic care of the new generation of migrant workers. Due to the dual household registration system in urban and rural areas, the living conditions of the new generation of migrant workers in wages, accommodation conditions, basic social security, children's education and so on are not ideal. If ideological and political education wants to develop, it must follow the road of humanistic care. Although some achievements have been made in the humanistic care work of the new generation of migrant workers in our country, the problems of migrant workers arising from the transition from planned economy to market economy still remain. The relevant government departments attach low importance to the new generation of migrant workers in the social marginal areas, the humanistic concern formed by the whole society is not reasonable enough, and the position of the new generation migrant workers themselves is vague, a series of social problems have emerged. If we do not speed up the humanistic care for the new generation of migrant workers, it will be detrimental to the harmonious and stable development of the society. This paper first uses the literature research method to determine the related problems of ideological and political education and humanistic care, and provides a theoretical basis for the research of the combination of the two. In addition to the introduction, this paper is divided into three parts. The first part of the new generation of migrant workers and humanistic care related concepts to comb and define, in-depth analysis of the new generation of migrant workers to carry on the value and significance of humanistic care. The second part uses the questionnaire survey statistical analysis method, through the investigation to the new generation peasant laborer humane care present situation, understands the new generation peasant worker in the humanities care present situation existence question and its cause of formation. Finally, to explore the new generation of migrant workers to explore the path of humanistic care, in order to further improve the effectiveness of humanistic care for the new generation of migrant workers, This paper makes a valuable exploration on the cultivation of free and all-round development of the new generation of migrant workers. In the background of the key period of system transition and social transformation, this paper explores how to better carry out the work of humanistic care for the new generation of migrant workers and endow with new significance of humanistic care through drawing lessons from the previous research results and under the background of the key period of our country's system transition and social transformation.
