对中国社会的“以房养老”政策的研究

【摘要】：由于结构性年龄失衡,老龄人口增多,导致养老问题成为当下社会保障的重要问题,为此我国提出“以房养老”政策,以期赖缓解现今的养老压力。本文将以老龄化为时代背景,分别从概念界定、实施现状、瓶颈原因等考察维度,对于我国的“以房养老政策”进行全面分析,创建社会化的养老保障模型。虽然我国的”以房养老政策“仍处于推行的初级阶段,但其将成为不可阻挡的历史趋势,对现有社会的养老困境的解决将产生积极的作用与影响。
[Abstract]:As a result of the structural age imbalance and the increase of the aged population, the problem of providing for the aged has become an important issue in the current social security system. Therefore, China has put forward the policy of "providing for the aged by housing" in the hope of relieving the pressure on the aged at present. This article will take the aging as the time background, separately from the concept definition, the implementation present situation, the bottleneck reason and so on inspection dimension, carries on the comprehensive analysis to our country "to the housing old-age support policy", establishes the socialized old-age security model. Although the "housing old-age policy" in our country is still in the primary stage of implementation, it will become an irresistible historical trend, which will have a positive effect and influence on the solution of the pension dilemma in the existing society.
