专项体能训练对救生员水中拖带能力影响的研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着我国经济的发展和人们消费水平的提高,我国成功举办奥运会后,全民健身热潮空前高涨。人们的消费在游泳中占有很大的比例,无论冬夏,人们都会积极锻炼。全国各地游泳池数量巨增,出现了多种学校池、居民池、健身会所池、宾馆池等。但是游泳运动又是一项高危的体育活动。由于各种安全问题,每年都有游泳溺水事故发生。救生员已经成为一项正规的职业。2007年11月,救生员成为劳动和社会保障部正式向社会发布的新职业之一。 在国外优秀救生员身上可以看到要想成功救出溺水者,必须具备优秀的身体素质,即要以力量为基础,体能作保障。应该不断提高个人的体能,通过科学方法,找出身体体能方面的不足,在教练的指导下进行科学训练,这样就可以在一段时间里提高自己的运动能力。在所有的救生环节中,每个环节都非常重要。就像一个链条,缺少哪一个环节,都会救生失败。水中拖带是最耗费体能的部分,如果体能不过关,那么救人将成为泡影。针对这一薄弱环节,提出自己的观点和意见。为今后救生员的体能发展建立依据。 本文通过实验,以试验的方法对救生员的各项指标进行实验。利用SPSS软件对于结果进行统计分析得出结论:自由泳、呛水频率、水中力竭拖带、肺活量这几个指标中,实验前后有显著性差异。说明训练的安排和训练的内容在短期体能培训中起到了至关重要的作用。训练期间陆上和水中体能训练训练和技术训练相结合,传统体能与功能性体能训练相结合。在对照组的训练中,除了呛水频率一项中有显著性差异外,其他各项都有不同程度的提高,但是幅度较小。差异不明显。救生员的不同时间,不同地点,不同的训练方式,,不同的训练负荷量,出现的极点的时间、频率不一,产生的效果不一样。短期的培训是收到了预期的效果,说明本次训练的课程在安排上趋于合理,如果是长期的训练的话,本次课程安排不一定合理,必须根据常年计划、季度计划、月计划、周计划、日计划去进行合理的安排训练。在今后的训练中,我会更加重视救生员的体能训练。通过专项体能训练可以使救生员体能有大幅度的提高,在水中拖带环节可以有更大的进步。保证救生员和被救人员的安全。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of China's economy and the improvement of people's consumption level, after the successful hosting of the Olympic Games, the upsurge of national fitness is unprecedented. People's consumption in swimming accounts for a large proportion, regardless of winter and summer, people will actively exercise. The number of swimming pools all over the country has increased, there are a variety of school pools, residents pool, fitness club pool, hotel pool and so on. But swimming is also a high-risk sport. Due to various safety problems, swimming and drowning accidents occur every year. Lifeguards have become a regular profession. In November 2007, lifeguards became one of the new occupations officially announced to the society by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security. It can be seen from the excellent lifeguards of foreign countries that if we want to successfully rescue drowning people, we must have excellent physical quality, that is to say, we should base on strength and take physical strength as guarantee. We should constantly improve the physical ability of individuals, find out the deficiency of physical fitness through scientific methods, and carry out scientific training under the guidance of the coach, so that we can improve our sports ability for a period of time. In all life saving links, each link is very important. Like a chain, the lack of a link, will fail to save life. Water towing is the most energy-consuming part, if physical fitness is not passed, then save lives will become a bubble. In view of this weak link, put forward their own views and opinions. To establish the basis for the physical development of lifeguards in the future. In this paper, the lifeguard's indexes are tested by experiment. The results were analyzed by SPSS software. The results were as follows: freestyle, frequency of choking water, exhausted draining in water and vital capacity had significant differences before and after the experiment. It shows that the arrangement and content of training play an important role in short-term physical training. During the training period, land and water physical training and technical training are combined, while traditional physical fitness and functional physical training are combined. In the training of the control group, except for the significant difference in choking frequency, the other items were improved to some extent, but the range was relatively small. The difference is not obvious. Different time, different place, different training mode, different training load, different time and frequency of pole appear, and the effect is different. The short-term training has received the expected results, which shows that the course of this training tends to be reasonable. If it is a long-term training, the course arrangement is not necessarily reasonable. It must be based on a perennial plan, a quarterly plan, and a monthly plan. The week plan, the day plan to carry on the reasonable arrangement training. In the future training, I will pay more attention to the lifeguard's physical training. Through the special physical training, the lifeguard's physical ability can be greatly improved, and the towing link in the water can be further improved. Ensure the safety of lifeguards and rescue personnel.
